I love Dr Neuwirth she saw my son for 7 yrs and when we had another child she was a must have again. She cares, listens and makes you feel like your family. I always recommend her to friends.

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars on the staff is because of the billing dept. I am not behind on my account, and for having 2 kids that have gone here since the day they were born and staying current on my acct... yeah I have all right to complain. The girls that work in Billing are RUDE RUDE RUDE! Ive not had any problems with anyone else. (Honest story) I received a phone call from billing dept one day saying that I had a delinquent acct and if I didn't pay it in full, they wouldn't see my daughter for her next appt in a few days. The best part- The bill was $4, it had just been adjusted from insurance comp and I hadnt received it in the mail yet. Even better part- The girl new this! She said she could see that in the computer, that it was just done like 2 days prior so of course I hadn't received a bill yet. She was so incredibly nasty about the $4 that I owed..... SERIOUSLY? FOUR DOLLARS? wow.....

Other than that.... the staff is great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and they give you free samples of stuff!

My kids love her and my 3 year old son loves No-one staff is friendly her under study Erika is just as good as her love them both and will miss them very much very sad that they have moved locations =(

She is an AMAZING doctor! She really cares and listens to my concerns with both my daughter and son. She has seen my daughter since birth. I couldn't ask for a better doctor for my children. The office staff can be rude at times and you can tell they don't care..they are just there for a pay check. Shes a great doctor so I can personally look pass the office staff....the office would be overall amazing with new front desk staff!!!

Dr.Neuwirth has seen my kids for the last 2 years and she is soo good with them! My older son was very afraid of Dr's! With in 2 visits my son was fine! He is no longer scared or worried before an appointment. She really takes the time to talk to you and inform you on what the issue is. She even called to check on my son after a procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Neuwirth!

I really like Dr. Neuwirth, she is very friendly & great with my kids. All 3 of them see her, the younger 2 since birth. She has a way of making me feel like a "favorite" patient. She is detailed & understands any questions or concerns I may have. I highly recommend Dr. Neuwirth!
