Staff was very nice. Doctor very knowledgeable and pleasant. Did lab at office and did not send me a report nor give me any diagnosis.

I waited 5 months for an appt with him, only because he was closer to where I live and he was rude, did not listen. He basically told me there was nothing he could do about the severe pain I was feeling. He also didn't believe that having a flare was real. He offered no help and I left feeling worse than I did before I arrived.

Very Rude and discouraging to patients who are in extreme pain. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Pratt’s appointment clerk hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Told me they are booked until August. I just said I’ll have to find another doctor and she said good luck, you’ll have to go to Birmingham. WOW, you need Customer Service Training!

I can not stand him. He is full of himself and doesn’t listen to you. He has not done anything for my pain. Worst doctor I have ever seen. Stay away from him.

Keenly attentive and incredibly knowledgeable in associated medical problems related to his particular area of expertise. Takes the time to fully explain and educate patients on the entire diagnosis & choices in treatment.
