I am used to a doctor caring to have some way to reach them. If you want the newer style of treatment you may need to find someone who makes it possible when necessary to approach them with any important questions. I expect the new models for patient care.models for patient care where you have a real interest in answering questions and being available somehow if contact is needed. I left his care and found someone who does this and loves providing that level of communication.
