I waited one hour, twenty minutes for my initial consult. Everyone there acted like they hated their jobs. Dr. was very unfriendly. When I called a week later to change my second appt. to a different day, the girl was so rude, I am looking for a new doc. Who needs the negative energy?

The staff and doctor were so rude, disrespectful and made me and my child feel like we were nothing but a paycheck to them. No one should have to go through this, I will be reporting to the better busy bureau.

The staff isn't on top of things, you have to be on top of it yourself. Dr Chuong himself has the bedside manor of "HOUSE"! But he is very, very good and knows his stuff.

The office staff were clueless!! First they tried to collect $ I did not owe them. I sat in the waiting room for my 1st apt. 70 min. before taken back for X-Rays which was done by a very incompetent woman who barely spoke 2 words to me. Then she proceed to give me a X-Ray with no additional protection, such as a cape or goggles. Which so happens 24 hrs later my vision was blurry and I was unable to see sufficiently to drive or funtion during my day. This is an old run down building with rude, & unhappy employees!! Stay away it was the worst experience ever!
