I was referred to Dr. Mcmahon because my doctor was out on vacation. The staff don't talk to one another, I called with an emergency and the nurse told me to come into the office without speaking to the doctor. I wasted 4 hours of driving time/gas, the doctor had no idea I was coming in to see him and, he sent me to the emergency room.
I understand he didn't know how to help me however, he could have called my regular doctor to get some feedback on my case. (he didn't do that)
The front desk staff are rude, they don't give the greeting of the day, and barely look at you when checking in. My regular doctor was knowledgeable however, when speaking with him I felt like he was either too tired or disinterested.

Very Pleasant , Knowledgeable, asked if I had any questions, and he answered them . He explained his treatment plan for me. I felt that any concerns I had were answered, and felt confident on his ability to care for me.
