this md was assignment to a 91 yo f . this md in 24hr never came in the room to see this pt.dr.mansour was primary and this md is following his pt in hospital.pt had hyponatremia on admittion to hospital and freq falls. did no diagnotic tests to see what cause this. also never ordered phyical therapy eval for dischange planning.
