While the staff may sometimes be rude - they were wonderful to me when my 9 month old had pneumonia-as I waited for my husband to get to the office they supported me and helped me deal with the fear of how sick he was. The Dr's are good - not always having alot of time - but they do answer questions and return calls on off hours when a scared new mom calls.

I hate to say it too but, I left Doctor Levy and the only two reasons where Dr. Moses and the Front desk staff. They all where very rude and didn't care to listen to my childs problems. We can't totally blame the front desk staff because if people get away with acting rude to there customers then most will contiune being rude.

Front office staff hate their job and seem to just want to get rid of you. I can tell they are put off by my questions and just want you to make an appointment or pay your bill, then go away. Levy is obviously intelligent but he wouldn't give me a referral to see a specialist which my daughter needed. Building is beautiful, has a sick & well child side which is great. He makes a lot of $ and you can tell by the office. But, they do need to make some office personnel changes. Can't get new patients, that will stay, if you have employees with an attitude!

I saw Dr. Levy until I was to old to see him anymore. He was the best doctor I have ever gone to. He would make house calls which was amazing for this day and age (not sure if he does that anymore though). He was always helpful and always taught me how to better take care of myself. He was not only my doctor growing up but a mentor, I would highly recomend him to anyone.

The. Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring with the children, they also take time to answer your questions. The NP's are fantastic! Front staff is often very curt and put out by your questions or needs.

Everyone for the most part is okay, I fell the same way about the front desk. I thought I was the only one but now I realize I am not. Dr moses would not give me a referral to get my daughters hearing tested by an ENT so DBN. schools had to have an audiologist come in becuase of their failure to give referral, now my daughter has been diagnosed with a hearing problem. Thanks to Dearborn schools and not their office my daughter has been properly diagnosed!! Sometimes I feel as if they are rushed and dont want to take the timeout to hear me as a mom or hear you out as a patient. I am switching doctors now to Dr. Perlman

Doctors have all been very professional and nice. However, I have to totally agree about the front desk staff. Not very nice. I would find another practice if I didn't like the doctors so much.

This practice is very well known, as I was referred to it by two different people that did not know each other, on two separate occasions. I was not let down. They really know their stuff. I do have to agree that sometimes the personnel at the front desk are less than professional, as their attitude outwardly shows that they are tired of dealing with customers. The nurse practitioners are terrific with children!! What a plus that is, especially at vaccination time. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and I was impressed by the knowledge of the NPs, as well. Gentle people. Clean office. Highly recommended and worth going to, even though the office staff is impolite. The nurse's, assistant's, and doctor's professionalism, knowledge, and attitudes truly make up for the inconvenienced front desk people.

All of the doctor's at Dr. Levy's practice are nice, friendly and helpful. There are two NP that are also awesome! I do have an issue with some of the office staff being rude at times.
