My husband and I went to Dr. Levy's office concerning the care of my step son. According to CPS and school reports he lives in an abusive home with his biological mother. We asked if there were any signs or reports of abuse in the chart. Dr. Levy said no. He was incredibly rude and condescending when asked any questions. My step son had only gained 2 pounds in three years and dropped from 55th percentile down to the 5th percentile on his growth chart. Dr. Levy seemed more concerned about covering up malpractice than actually discussing anything concerning our son. Dr. Levy looked at our son's poorly marked growth chart and stated that he was fine and in the 25th percentile. The last point was at 52 inches. He was 48 inches at the time we spoke with Dr. Levy. How did our son shrink in 6 months? While going through the chart, we found a report stating that our son was possibly sexually abused when he was 5. As a medical professional I am disgusted by Dr. Levy's behavior.

Dr's are great. Front desk staff, not so much. They're rude, slow, and if you call they give medical advice that they are not qualified to give. My nephew could have died as a result had my sister listened.

I've been going to this office for 12 yrs. All the doctors are excellant! I like because there are 2 male/2 female doctors. I've seen all the doctors but mostly ask for Dr. Hosington, she is great! They always are very helpful if you have to call after hours for a question, they even have a nurse available after hrs to ask questions too. I see many negative comments about the front desk. Never had any issues myself and they have always been very helpful. Referrals have always been easy to receive from this office. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend.

Needed a new pediatrician when we moved back from Florida. I have been very satisfied with the quality of care. The docs seem very bright and will spend as much time as needed to solve your probolems.

Dr Levy is a smart man. Plays with my child and makes him comfortable with medical equipment before getting right into assessing. I am a pediatrics nurse and he has been right on thus far so I highly value him. The staff on the other hand are rude, disrespectful and not at all welcoming. The other doctors in the practice are also knowledgeable and caring but I trust Levy most with my child's care.

As a new mom I thought that when I called to ask a question they would actually be nice to me - wow was I in shock! Completely rude and when they told me that a nurse would call me back, I didn't recieve a call for over 4 hours. They make you feel stupid and want to just get you out of there. I was there in November and needed to make an appt. in January and she looked at me and said "well i don't have the new calender." and looked away to someone else... I had to ask her "ok, well will you call me to arrange an appt. or when should I call you?" It was like I was inconviencing her.. completey ridiculous! As a new mom, I am completely shocked at the staff and their attitudes... I thought I was the only one as well. I stay because I was able to make up an alternative vaccination schedule for my little one.

The whole office is very good. They do their job. The staff that answer the fhones are very helpful whenever I call, any other office would just have you come in to make money either from the insurance company or out of pocket. They give good advice and if they cannot answer a question they will have ine of the doctors call me back. I do understand they are very busy but they take the time with everyone. Some of the staff in the back are not very professional by answering their cell phones while in the hall so patients can hear their conversations. I love Dr. Moses and Dr. Levy and only will see them, they do not take extreme measures or do any labs that do not need to be done.

Yes we all know front desk is rude, I agree. However, Dr. Levy is excellent. He even came back to the hospital after his office hours to assess my newborn because hospital staff added me to wrong Ped. list. He was in no hurry and apologized several times.

He refused to order a simple test to diagnose a horrible disease my child had for 7 weeks until I demanded it. Once ordered, it came back positive and he was very cocky and arrogant about the results. He made me feel very uncomfortable once the results were positive. In a nutshell, his pride enabled him to give poor care to my baby and I would highly recommend that unless you have a perfectly well child, you seek care elsewhere.
