I have been dealing with this Dr/ facility since 1996 and its ALWAYS a good experience. The office staff was better back in the day but the doctors have always been above class. I have never had a preference as to which professional I have to see as they all are great, we even take my grandkids here now:) You can’t go wrong with Dr Levy and his staff.

The doctors are all wonderful (personal preference is Dr. Moses). The office staff are good, although some of the MA's definitely need to reconsider their choice of work environment (always seem to be unhappy). Can always get in quickly for a sick child appointment - on the other hand, well child visits need to be scheduled well in advance.

staff very rude, found doctor to be unhelpful with my child's condition in obtaining help. I did not have a good experience.

THE place to take your kids. Been taking my twins to see Dr. Levy for eleven years. He always engages them in conversation, asks them about school, favorite classes, etc. The twins have also seen Dr. Dagher & Tiffany, the nurse practitioner. They always seem so upbeat & positive. So thankful for my friend's recommendation years ago to see Dr. Levy. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone searching for excellent health care for their kids.

I hate moving but my husbands job requires we move every 3-4 years. One of the problems involves finding new doctors and dentists for me, my husband, and our two daughters. A neighbor recommended Dr. Levy for my kids and I am grateful she did. He was patient with my very active children and took the time to answer all my questions. I know we will only be in this area for a few years but I feel comfortable with my kids care.

love dr levy.. that being said they are not the office to go to if you have a lot of questions. My personal experience is I try to call with questions they don't get answered over the phone if I can even get through. once I tried calling for an hour so I decided just to come in with my simple question, they told me I cannot walk in and ask questions I was sent home a few hours later I was called back was given a prescription for my sonand was told to call back if I have any concerns. When I called back with my concernsone of the ladies named Kathy was extremely rude and my question still have not been answered if it wasn't for doctor levy I would definitely be switching offices

Dr. Levy is a fantastic doctor. He cares about his patients and has been around for a long time. He listens, and is very knowledgeable in everyting he does. I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything was fine with my 15 month old child until he had injured his leg and then Levy made it worse. Yanking and pulling on my child's leg, the one he can't stand to walk on is uncalled for and not just that, he forced him to walk on it. Then says "seems like he's favoring the other leg." I'll be happy to tell my whole situation but this doctor did not care about my son or at least it felt that he did not. No parent should ever have to go through this.

Very happy to have found this pediatric office for my children. Dr Levy is fabulous with my twins and very reassuring with me. He takes his time with us, chatting and playing with them first before examining them. They love their stickers when we leave! Not sure about the previous comments regarding rude front office staff. Never found that to be true. Have needed to see the nurse practitioners (Tiffany and Kerri) a few times over the years and found them to be very professional and sweet to us. Was chatting with a new Mom in the waiting room and it turns out Dr. Levy was her pediatrician. That speaks volumes to me! Would highly recommend this office!

If you don't have sufficient staffing or means to attend to the patients you already have, stop accepting more. It's completely unacceptable to have to wait a month for a well visit!! The office staff is beyond rude. They treat you like an ignorant child, as if your mere presence or phone call is wasting their time. Shopping for a new Dr office. I truly liked all of the drs but I refuse to be treated like a burden or hindrance. Done!!
