He does not care about his patients. The staff prevents you from talking to him. He will not return calls. If you have a question, you have to wait until the next appointment.

Save yourself the trouble. Find a caring doctor.

Dr. Malians is incredible. In this day and age where western medicine is difficult to have much faith and trust in; he brings a different and more natural perspective that aligns with how we want to use medicine. He is open to everyone’s opinions and decisions, but he is a breath of fresh air that we feel we can truly trust! Thank you Dr. Malians.

Edited to add: they offered to refund the full $70 if i removed my review and agreed to never post anything negative about them again. They also said they typically would have refunded the full $70 in the first place if I’d have been pleasant and kind (I did drop the f bomb when they told me their credit card processing fee was what it was) I considered, but decided the $70 wasn’t worth it at this point. Oh I also learned the person who claimed to be the office manager when I called the first time was not actually the office manager (the real office manager as I suspected)

I canceled appointments for June and August in March - and they would only refund $45 of the $70 I paid when I made the appointment. The office manager (or so she said she was) told me the remaining $35 was not going to be refunded because it was the amount they were charged for credit card processing fees. Truly a bold-faced lie - what kind of business would use a credit card processor that charges almost 50% in fees? 🤯 Then they said I had to come into the office to pick up the $45 check.

Note that I canceled the appointments because of multiple horror stories I heard from others regarding their experience with
Malisos (they never asked why I was canceling)- and not refunding the $70 when I canceled MONTHS in advance makes me wonder if they truly have to make their money this way because he’s such a terrible doctor 🤷🏻‍♀️

Two words. Blown away. He is a wonderful, professional, intelligent, compassionate doctor. Those are so hard to find. Don't waste your time reading any more reviews...just set up an appointment! You will be so pleased. That's a guarantee!!!

This doctors office billed me for a missed appointment when the receptionist entered the time incorrectly. I disputed these charges with the office manager and she was very rude. They have now turned this bill into collections for 65.00 for no service and no information! This office operates like the Mob and extorts money from patients and their insurance! Unethical and unprofessional! Save your credit score and find another doctor!
