You’ll never see him! Lost Dr Bartlett. Can’t keep staff.

Mid-wife told me to drink less water when I inquired about the crazy amount of times I was going to the restroom. This was my second pregnancy so I knew what was normal. Turns out by the time I delivered I had a SEVERE UTI THAT LED TO A KIDNEY INFECTION!!! This is what contributed to MY TWO AND A HALF MONTH PRE TERM BIRTH. Stay away from this HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!

The front desk staff seem to be distant but busy but Dr. DelCharco was friendly and answered all my crazy and weird questions without hesitation or annoyance. The procedure scheduling nurse was awesome! And the NP Brittany was super friendly and knowledgeable! I don’t expect much from a busy Drs office because I CHOSE them due to their ratings and respect in our small town but they superceeded my expectations and I couldn’t have been happier. Awesome experience with this Dr!

Dr Delcharco and his staff were all wonderful. A shout out to Dr Morgan, the anesthesiologist., who was wonderful to me.

Dr. DelCharco and his Nurse Practitioners are amazing and his office staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough what a pleasure it is to go to this office.

So happy friends suggested I see Dr. DelCharco years ago. As with most places I see people go out of their way to leave negative reviews, even if they were the ones late or because they were not happy for one reason for another. So I wanted to take the opportunity to say how wonderful Dr. DelCharco has been for the 5+ years I have been going to his office. Beautiful office, friendly staff and a great doctor. I personally have only things to say and highly recommend him and his office .

I can't understand how anyone here writes "outstanding care", they must have gotten paid to or are related in some ways either by work, friend, or family, because I don't see it.
How can a doctor who's field is to take "care" of his pregnant patients make a pregnant mother reschedule because she was ten minutes late, knowing that she's shown up with severe pain on her side and is thirty+ weeks already and has a little child with her? For ten minutes!? Don't we wait much longer than that even with an appointment when we get there? And to say that she needs an ultrasound, meanwhile they reschedule her appointment for a date where they can't do the ultrasound? Doesn't sound like a place that truly cares to me.

Great Dr. Most of staff great. Brit needs a little sugar but nurse who sets up surgeries great! Dr. Seems caring and very knowledgeable.
