I had Dr. Mann for surgery and was very happy with the care and treatment from him and all his staff. I also started with the practice when Dr. Mann's wife was still there and was very happy with her and the whole office. I now live in Northern New York and wish I had some one here that gave the same care and knowledge.

Pressured patient to have in office mammogram and teasing patient about her complaint of the pain of mammogram. Teased patient that he would " try not to hurt her" during her manual exam. Patient was told she needed a biopsy based on their reading of 3-d imaging, However, when sent to another imaging center, no growth was found but biopsy was done. Patient was told she needed biopsy and was rudely treated by staff when she questioned what had been done. No patient should have to be belittled by her doctor. Patient had been with Dr. Mann for 30 years and was shocked by he and his staffs callous behavior.

I saw Dr. Mann for surgery and he was excellent, however I needed another surgery and he recommended a surgical oncologist. I had the additional surgery and then was rushed to Ocala Regional with severe pain. I was admitted to the hospital after being in the ER. A doctor who was on duty that night asked Dr. Mann to stop by to check me since he is on staff there, but Dr. Mann refused to come and see me since he did not do the most recent surgery. I felt this was wrong and that he had a total lack of compassion.

Dr Mann was very professional and calm about my stressful situation. He was the answer to my prayers about getting something done to fix a problem that Express care of Belleview never wanted to help me with.

I came to Dr. Mann with a problem that I put off "fixing" for years. He and his staff were caring and respectful. Dr. Mann takes time to speak with patients,explaining procedure and making sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed.I am very happy with this Dr. and his entire staff.

I was asked to pay $120.00 which I did the day of the appt. After I checked the EOB online I saw that I did not owe anything. I tried to get my money back and the staff became rude and uncooperative. IT has been over a month and I still have not received my money back. My husband has been out of work due to illness and we could really use the money. I did not make them wait when they asked for it they should not make me wait to get back what they should not have taken in the first place.
