The service from this clinic is ALWAYS above and beyond and the staff are caring and competent. In my experience, Dr Souliotis is efficient and thoughtful. My teeth after Invisalign are incredible, and the bonding repair finished the piece de resistance for an amazing resulting smile and bite. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I certainly believe that Dr. Souliotis is both competent and experienced. These assets, however, don't equate to ethical fortitude and consideration of the complex and unique needs of a patient. He made a whole hoard of recommendations to help me properly align my teeth, including a whole host of COSTLY procedures that were neither necessary nor appropriate for my case. Once I'm done with my treatment, I won't be returning.

Avoid this dentist at all costs. I was a longtime patient. Instead of just giving me a $300 guard for my nighttime grinding, he ground down all my front teeth and capped them, to 'see if I needed the guard.' After the caps were done they presented me with a bill 5x the cost of a guard (and that's after my extended benefits coverage). When I was surprised at the cost (it was a very short appointment) the desk staff chastised me for not asking for a quote first. I left sobbing and never returned. That was 15 yrs ago; I should have filed a malpractice. I'm writing this now because the caps are coming off so I need to pay to have them redone again. My teeth are sensitive where the caps came off, but it's not as painful as this memory.

Went for a second opinion to Dr Chris
I had a treatment plan from another doctor and I offered it up for him to see
He said he won’t look at that until he made his own mind up
I felt he was honest and gace me two choices on fixing my smile
At the end I told him who the other doctor was and he said the person was very competent based on things he has seen and heard in the past
He did not solicit my business at all
I have not made my final decision yet but was happy to have reassurance as well as some choice

Dr Souliotis if very good, he is also has an ability to make a procedure go by quickly with laughter.
The last two visits he kept me waiting about 15 minutes, but i feel he was just being courteous to another patient which was more then needed. I get he has been around along time and has so many relationships with people. Overall top notch, you'll see!

I love the office vibe of Smile Esthetics. The whole team is very friendly and accommodating. They also have a text message service which is very cool! I am so happy I chose to do Invisalign with Dr. Chris. His assistants have made the process so easy and FUN for me.

I transferred from a Calgary office of which i was half way through my treatment
i came with no expectations just hoping to get my teeth finished
it was amazing that he scanned me immediately as i was used to getting traditional impressions, great to avoid the gag reflex lol. Anyway basically i am finished now and i have to say I am very happy and the staff are always very caring

Doctor Souliotis has a reputation for unessisary procedures and charging large amounts of money for them. Do not go to him ever unless you want your mouth to be wrongfully mutilated.

Reception is lovely; Dr.Chris is great; but his assistant is impatient, grumpy and uncaring, full of attitude.

quite impressed
dr chris did my invisalign years ago and subsequently I moved away to calgary, upon my return i looked him up at his new office and made an appointment

he notice a couple of my lower teeth had slightly rotated and offered to fix no charge without me even asking for it, impressive!
