Dr Earing is a great Doctor-he takes time to explain things in an understandable manner. The entire staff is awesome in the care and the appointments are always on schedule. I always leave very satisfied the whole experience.

Presents as arrogant. Does not listen; long wait times in exam room; awkward bedside manner. Seems knowledgable but forms opinions prior to meeting with patient and does not incorporate patient report of symptoms into working diagnosis. Nurse does not return phone calls, call with test results as promised, or even come to exam room as stated. When running simple test, staff had to read instructions to self from a card; not reassurring.
