To the comment from 4/19/17 - Dr. Kaine's office does not do EMGs at the office. I think you have your practices mixed up.

Dr. Kaine must like to discharge patients. I too had issues with his care when all he wanted to know was how much my nail art cost. He did an EMG and told me to shut up when I was having pain. He said, "I'm a p...y cat" I Even though the procedure was uncomfortable he told me he wanted to do a few more "sticks" because I had an unusual bifurcation. I said no but he said it would only take a minute. I asked him about a diagnosis but he said he didn't know. But he still prescribed Lyrica in such a high dose Walgreens would not fill it all. I took as much as was dispensed. When I returned (big mistake), I tried to explain what the pharmacist said and he told me I was non-compliant and to never come back to see him again. I really should have called the Medical Board to voice a complaint.

Dr. Kaine told me I needed a psychiatrist, not a rheumatologist even though I have psoriatic arthritis. He also told me I had a maternal bonding issue I needed to work out (I was breastfeeding my 4 month old) and I didn't need to come back to him until I got my priorities in line. This was after his office staff called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to try to reschedule it when I had already waited four months to get in. When I called to complain about my encounter and request a different physician in the practice, the office manager never called back. I faxed a letter and then she swore she never received a message from me. The next thing I knew, I got a letter in the mail discharging me from the practice.

Really good and listens very knowledable ...I like that he is a research physician on reumptology

A true professional and a caring doctor. I've been to him several times and I've always felt as if he gives me his full attention and spends as much time with me as is needed. Very knowledgeable and caring. Great staff too.
