Dr. Joseph Trojak is the most thorough and caring physician I have ever known. He is knowledgeable, very focused, and kind. Dr. Trojak and his staff deserve more than five stars.

Dr. Trojak is a great doctor. I can't tell you how caring and gentle he was with my whole family. When my father was ill he visited him often in the hospital and cared very much about him. When I went to him he always took his time and never "talked down" to me (as some doctors do). The only bad thing I can say about him is his wife and his son are horrible and should not be working for him. They both have irritated demeanors and don't the meaning of the words "smile" and "customer service". Dr. Trojak is wonderful and his wife and son just blow the whole thing. I now go to a doctor closer to my house.

Nothing dramatic, just a VERY disinterested doctor who barely had the time of day for a new patient. I hadn't seen a doctor in years prior to my visit. I came to the office with an articulated list of concerns, which I read off one by one. Dr. Trojak's attitude was very condescending and he honestly seemed bothered that I knew what I needed him to look at! He also couldn't be bothered to ask me One. Single. Question - about my medical history or my life in general. Keep in mind I was a NEW patient! Also the office staff is rude and treat patients as disobedient, dim-witted children. Posted all over the office are dire sounding warnings and "reminders" about payment, extra money charged for prescriptions, the works. Terrible, terrible environment. Avoid Dr Trojak and his practice - plenty of other options in the West Chester area!

Excellent patient manner. You never feel rushed and answers all questions completely. Always put you at ease with his own easy going manner.

I first dealt with Dr. Trojak over the phone when I was a scared newlywed in a strange place whose husband was very ill. That was 14 years ago. We followed Dr. Trojak when he opened his own practice, and we have been very happy with all three doctors there. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Trojak-he is a very good doctor and a very nice man.

Very Caring. Emphasises healthy practices. He has a keen interest in your well being. One of the most gratifying assests is he listens to you. Dr. Trojak in addition to being a Dr., is also a true Gentleman.
