Dr. Herring is very thorough. I don't mind that he repeatedly will listen to my heartbeat for abnormal sounds. I would rather a physician be too thorough than rush me through the visit for the almighty dollar.

Dr Herring is a complete wack job. He tested my blood pressure 18 times in a matter of ten minutes. I was perfect 17 times and then one reading was slightly higher because I grabbed my 2 yr old from breaking glass container. Dr herring proscribed blood pressuure medicine. He is an absolute hack job ! He rights everything down 6 times within minutes.Same thing. He must have ADD or something. Crazy doctor !

Dr. Herring and his office staff is simply the best. Dr.Herring had been my Doctor since 1994. I have a life threatening illness, Lupus as well as other serious health complications. Because of his highly diagnostic skills, he was able to diagnose what was wrong with me even before highly trained specialist doctors were able to find out what was wrong with me. Three times literally saving my life. Sadly I ended up on total disability medicaid in 2008 and could no longer have Dr. Herring as my doctor. I greatly missed being care for and treated by a doctor that is patient, caring and shows compassion towards me as a patient. I truly miss his uncompromising time and dedication he give me as a patient. A.G. Fletcher

Dr Herring has been my family physician for about 16 yrs. I recently married and moved about 1 hour away and have finally had to change doctors. I can't begin to say the words that I feel - in all those yrs, Dr. Herring has always been there for myself and my two children. Caring, kind, taking the time to listen and healing the whole person!! He has always been right on with his diagnosis and never pretends to know it all (even tho he was right) and sends to specialist as needed. If I was closer, I would have never left his practice!!!
