Listen very carefully. I don't doubt Grossman is a competent physician. But the man is exceedingly rude and condescending. Let's be honest: I can appreciate that Grossman is a successful and busy specialist, but I was nothing short of pushed out of his office after a seven-minute (and $300) consultation. During that time, Grossman showed no real interest or gave no great insights into my health concern. In fact, he continually pushed Botox injections (one of his specialties) as a remedy, even after I told him I was not interested in taking that route. Certain surgeons make money by cutting people; certain dermatologists make money by injecting people (as Grossman does). I knew this going in, but his absolute lack of regard and the way that he lorded over the short consultation completely floored me. Don't be swayed by the credentials or the fancy Upper East Side office. You can find someone better.

Misdiagnosed condition, rude obnoxious & full of himself, should be ashamed of his behavior. Avoid if possible.

After seeing Dr. Grossman, and being missdiagnosed by him. My face has been disfigured and I had to undergo many platic and reconstructive surgeries. Thank g-d I found a wonderful Plastic surgeon at NYU that made the correct diagnosis and help me to become cancer free.

Dr. Grossman is genuine and admirable. His work and skills are perfect. I wouldn't go to any other Dermatologist.

Don't expect the warm-fuzzies from Dr. Grossman. In fact, he can be downright rude. However, he is absolutely brilliant and will diagnose and treat you quickly and accurately. Check your ego at the door and put yourself in his capable hands.

Has a very exalted opinion of himself. Acts rather aloof although he posseses good medical skills. His "bedside manner" leaves something to be desired.
