There is no other rating to render here. As part of my healing process, I am sharing my life-changing experience with all that read this. I am only now in a state of being to tell others about the devastating wrong that was leveled upon me by Dr. Ellen Campbell's negligence. Nearly 10 years ago my HIPAA rights were egregiously violated by her and her office staff. HIPAA law states that there is an ENTIRE LENGTHY court process with involving many filings that must first take place. A ruling is then made before determining if there is sufficient cause for release of records. Dr. Ellen and her staff were not trained or knowledgeable in patient rights to have the privilege of a practice, let alone trusting, sick patients in their care. The devastation her negligence caused upon my life is still present today. The violation of knowing that my confidential medical history has been shared with COUNTLESS individuals of whom I have no knowledge of weighs heavily upon me to this day. Please beware. Accountability means nothing to doctors such as Ellen Campbell. She does not deserve the title of healer. She has caused irreparable harm to me emotionally forever.

This Dr has unexpectedly closed her office. I always thought Dr Campbell was a good diagnostician. I'm sorry she has stopped practicing and wish her well.

Very, Very unfriendly receptionist. Her tone is icy and cold over the phone as if she is judging you. To see if your good enough to be seen by "her" office. I called to make an appointment twice and felt like each time she was lying about being fully booked up. I have been an (on and off) patient for years and now thinking about going elsewhere. The receptionist even had the nerve to cut me off as I was asking a question about a medical service they had, telling me she didn't have time for this right now, said she would call me back. Two days later and still no phone call from the office. Good way to make your patients feel like trash :( Being unfriendly, cold, and unwilling to give a patient information is not the way to keep clients :(

Dr. Campbell is an excellent physician, It is hard to believe some of the statement that have been made, obviously the patients that made the ugly remarks are chronic complainers and are never satisfied they would gripe about erything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell's for 7 years, and throughout that time she has not provided appointments and care when I needed it. An appointment for hair loss was several weeks out, and today she would not see me for the flu/strep - which my kids have already been diagnosed with. I have to go to Minute Clinic like someone without a doctor, which essentially what you get with Dr. Campbell. She does not send reminders for well visits, her receptionist is very unfriendly, and the good nurse practitioner with the practice has left. I highly recommend you look for a different doctor.

DOC IN THE BOX - stay away from Dr. Campbell. Terrible staff to start, you call and go directly to voice mail, it's impossible to talk to a live voice. Dr. Campbell was thorough but asked me some questions that had nothing to do with my physical and it was purely unprofessional. Just a bizarre woman.

I am an RN and deal with Drs. all the time. Dr Campbell is excellant- she spent an hour with me when I had a physical. I have always been able to get through to the office, and the receptioneist at the front desk is extremely efficient. it's a small office- with only one Dr, and a nurse practioner, but I like this.

Horrible horrible service. Google her name and find the article entitled "PHYSICIANS EXPLORE THEIR OPTIONS IN "RETAIL MEDICINE." She states that she's disatisfied with her practice. It's dated 2005. Maybe she should GET OUT of practice if she's that unsatisfied. Nurse never returns calls. I've left 5 messages this week to try to get results from an important test. I'm moving to another doctor.
