One of the best in the business. He is always able to answer my questions and is very kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have gone to Dr. Burtenshaw for 15 years and as long as he keeps working, I will keep going. He has not only saved my life at least 3 times, he has come to see me in the hospital when I was not his patient. He has returned calls even on his day off and he makes me feel like he really cares about me. He was with me when my father and mother faced a death sentence and was someone I could confide in. I would recomend him to anyone if he was accepting new patients. Since his illness he has started trying to enjoy his life and family.

Very professional and caring. Returns phone calls. Answers quesions. Thorough. Can ususally talk to him when called, if he is not to busy. Works you in his schedule if necessary.

Dr. has been very ill for a while and has had to lower the number of patience he can see. I have a lot of trust in him and have enjoyed his honesty. He has saved my life more than once.

He has been our family doc for a couple yrs now, and at first was helpful (maybe I was too young to really know), but in my later years of going to him.. he was very rushed. Terrible and inconsistant hours, hard to get a hold of staff, very hard to get my monthly prescription from him, bad at returning calls, etc. I finally switched docs to someone who was younger and worked more regular hours.
