Of all the doctors and surgeons I have met with over the last eight years from places like Johns Hopkins and University of Penn medical centers, none of them can compare to the skill, professionalism and compassion of Dr. Bell. He is truly a dedicated, compassionate and talented surgeon who not only seeks to provide immediate relief to his patient, but also takes the extra steps necessary to find and implement long-term solutions to chronic medical conditions.
