When you call to make appt receptionist wants to know if you are going their for opiates or on opiates, then are surprised when you tell them you want to go there for real health reasons. Staff have no problems speaking about patients medical issues in public area so other patients can hear everything and can be heard even if you are in an exam room. Sounds like they have no issue with hippa violations.

Customer service is terrible, trying to get through on the phone to get a simple request processed will have you hanging up in frustration. Dr Gebhard asks a lot of personal questions during a physical to understand your stress level, more so than other physicians I've had. Overall good doctor, lousy office. I've been on hold for over 10 minutes as I write this!

Wait time on phone is WAAAAYYY too long to make an appointment. 17 minutes one day, 15 the next. SO unprofessional, and it's everytime I call. My friend goes there too and says the same thing!! He's a good Doc. however - and on time!!

Dr. Gebhard is always on time, but takes time with you to answer your questions. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I am very satisfied with him.

rude front office staff, calls never returned, doctor discourteous,not interested in problems with the front office staff, terrible customer service skills
