As a person who is nervous about taking medication I appreciate the time he takes to explain the course of treatment, any side effects of the medication etc and being seen twice a month to be sure everything is on track. I really think he's a good knowledgeable doctor - and I highly recommend.

Good experience. Saw Dr. B in his new office in Pasadena. Much nicer than the Glendora office. Dr. B is very patient and spends time explaining medications and other options. Highly recommended.

Dr. Biebuyck is a very understanding doctor. He takes the time to listen, which is usually rare in a psychiatrist.

Dr. Biebuyck is knowledgeable and on the ball, but he always seems rushed. The appointment is over before you know it. The waiting room is loud, crowded, and busy with people waiting to see Dr. B and other doctors. There are also lots of "rules" to be followed, for example, co-pays are exact change only, and if you miss two appointments (not necessarily in a row), they drop you as a patient. They give you a list of the rules when you start going to them, and it's a long list! But I do feel like Dr. B knows what he's doing, understands my condition and treatment, and has my best interests at heart, which is why I put up with the other stuff.

Referred to Dr. B by my internist for treatment of ADD. Very happy with both office and Dr. B. Secretary is professional and helped me straighten out some insurance issues- turns out I had a different insurance for mental health coverage. Dr. B is smart, efficient and knows his medications. He also referred me to a great therapist. Easy parking and good central location in Pasadena.

Sensible, friendly, straightforward. Occasionally a little frazzled from his previous appointment but this wears off quickly.

very disappointed and unhappy. he shares his office with two other doctors with only one secretary. the waiting area is always crowded with clients for all 3 doctors, secretary talking loud on the phone and delivery guys and some other random administrative issues. you won't get the sense of peace and calmness in the space. the doctor is distant and frequently shows a sense of frustration and disappointment on his face. i left two voice messages but never heard back from the office. when i called again, i was put on hold, like forever. never heard any apology from the office for not returning the call at all. the secretary communicated rudeness, sarcasm and passive-aggressiveness. overall, the doctor was aloof, cold and distant and inefficient in managing the office staff and the handling requests. don't expect to get the individual care and attention from this doctor or his office staff.

Dr. B is efficient, caring and professional. I have ADD and he got me on the right medication as well as referred me to a great therapist. His office really helps with insurance issues and always returns phone calls. Another good thing is that he never makes me wait. With a lot of other docs I'm stuck in the waiting room for an hour or more.

Cold and insensitive - wants to get you in and out as fast as possible - seems impatient if you want to talk about symptoms in depth. Not recommended.

He is not good with patients and very unwilling to help patients. Be careful, any paper you want him to sign is $30 one side per page, and $60 two sides per page out of your own pocket. He is a pretty money oriented psychiatrist and no passion and sympathy for his patients. DON'T GO THERE!
