One of the best doctors (psychiatrists) I ever met! There is a lot of integrity, a great deal of knowledge, and a “big” heart! One can tell right away that what he does is more than a regular job, and much more than a career! As a mother of someone who struggles with mental illness, I was moved by his compassion and his patience with his “vulnerable” patient(s). He gave us (our family) hope and a plan for recovery during a trying and extremely difficult time in our lives. Thank you, Dr. Pylko!

Have been seeing him for 14 years because there's nowhere else to go. Does Not practice psychotherapy! He even get embarrassed by emotions! He'll see you for 10-15 minutes (he answers calls during this time), but really doesn't seem to care about what you're saying. Just wants to write you a prescription for some outrageously priced drugs and get you out the door so he can permit entry to the next patient in line.

I was introduced to Dr. Pyklo 10 years ago during a severe depression which resulted in 3 suicide attempts. Had I not found him and got on more effective medication for bipolar, I would have unassuredly died by saying with Kaiser.

Horrible!!! Made me wait for over an hour to see him for a new appointment. Office staff was rude when I asked how much longer he would be. Dr. Pylko seemed irritated when he finally saw me. Rushed through the appointment and didn't listen to my problems. He was so uncaring and rude to me that I cried all the way home afterwards. He should not be a psychiatrist. Stay away!

Don't know why some people had a good experience with him, maybe he picks and chooses who he wants to be a good dr to. To me, he didn't seem to care at all, he suddenly started texting during our conversations and he didn't seem to be listening. He also didn't seem knowledgeable about much and I didn't feel comfortable with him as a dr.

Dr.Pylko is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is kind and very compassionate and always returns phones calls quickly! He was the first doctor out of many to diagnose me properly and provide the correct treatment. He was such a wonderful doctor I traveled two hours sometimes twice a month just to make my appointments. He was worth the 300 and some dollars per visit. Just recently I moved to Oregon and I realize how spoiled I was to have Dr.Pylko. If you are looking for the very best care I highly reccommend Dr. Timothy Pylko. He sets the standard for excellence!

I have seen many psychiatrists in my life and Dr. Pylko is without a doubt the best one I have ever had the opportunity to interact with. I am a difficult case to treat and have been on many medications that have failed or had too many side effects. He is the only one to prescribe a medication that worked and has little to no side effects. It is a medication that many doctors and pharmacists are unfamiliar with. He always exhibited genuine care and compassion for me. He even called me at home to check on my progress many times. I will forever be grateful for everything Dr. Pylko has done for me. He truly changed my life.
