I owe my husband's life to Dr. V. Diagnosed him with leaking artery in his stomach within 20 min of arrival and was on the ambulance with him to St. John's within anotehr 20 min, Dr Melvin said 9/10 people die before or in surgery, and this Dr made the difference.

This man is for you if you've got a bad heart problem. He saved my husband's life : gave him the expensive blood thinning medicine straight off the ambulance even before he had a file made. Asked for permission because some people bleed and die from the medicine, but made it easy for Bob by sying he would take it if it was his heart. The nurses were good as well - everyone.

We don't see much of this md anymore - teaches new mds in er, pity hard to get to see him. Our family wish he would open a clinic in Clarenville.

He treats me with respect every time - I hope he retires here, it would be bad if he moved. Best emergency doctor Clarenville has had. Have never seen him not smile or unfriendly, it's obvious that he loves his work.
