Dr. Ting takes the time to listen to me and explain things so that I can understand. She seems genuinely concerned about my well being. I trust her knowledge and opinion.

I have been seeing Dr. Ting for two years. I find her to be knowledgeable and very kind. I’m worried she will retire and I will lose her. I feel comforted knowing that if something goes wrong, I will have her helping me. I never mind waiting for a doctor who is willing to take time with my health problems .

Very disappointed with how unprofessional staff and doctor treats you a patient . neglect can be categorized as abusive. Neglect and credulity is what I experienced on top of unprofessionalism. She might be happier if she retires.

First time visit - had to wait 45 min with another 30 min in the exam room. The nurses were efficient but not personable. Dr. Ting was friendly but not very interested or engaging. I had my blood work done at the same office and almost three weeks later and four inquiries later, I am still waiting for a nurse to call me back.

Dr. Ting and her Staff are the best ever. I have been with Dr. Ting for around 30 years I would hate to ever lose her as my doctor.

I would not recommend her. She misdiagnosed my mom twice. My mom dead because of the misdiagnosed. With my mom's death it sent over the edge. It took my about 3 years to get better and by that time it was to late to file a malpractice suit against her. I hope this doen't happen to anybody else.

Awful servvice. Do not recommend. My wife was in pain and had a scheduled appointment and waited for three hours. Doctor referred her to a specialist and during weeks two, we called to see why the specialist hasnt called us and they said that the doctors office never send them the referral. We called the doctor's office and they havent done anything. Unbealievable. This place is a joke.

Dr. Ting admitted she made a mistake on the level of service she provided on her computer program which resulted in over charging my account $199.00 and has agreed to correct the problem but after over 90 days has not done so after repeated calls to her office. I continue to be billed and threatened to be turned over to a collection agency. Dr. Ting made the mistake and should be responsible to correct the mistake.

I love Dr Ting! My husband and I have been going to her for many years, and she is a one of a kind doctor. She is very kind, caring, and considerate to your health needs. She spends time with you and listens to you (she may run behind, but she is worth every minute). I cannot tell you the last time I met a doctor who made me feel important and cared for... she is the best! She is very knowledgeable and will search for answers for you. She is honest and has integrity. She truly CARES about her patients and has an amazing work ethic. There is no other doctor like her!
