Find somewhere else to go. You will be turned away if you don’t arrive 10 minutes early and they are unwilling to be flexible even though their front desk staff has you want for 20 minutes in a lobby that is empty?? Drove 90 minutes to be turned away after I filled out everything online that took me 30 minutes to do. This was a simple check up!! Wow.

Rude. Should be warden not a Dr. A Real Dr would help you when you're in need, not punish you for something out of your control. Made me feel like I was a waste of her time.

Its is easy to schedule an appointment, the staff is friendly, the wait time is never very long, and I am extremely happy with the care I have received.

Never met the Dr. However she felt inclined to deny what myself as well as my physical therapist thought to be a very necessary procedure. Didn't offer to even establish a visit before declining to make an educated opinion regarding my specific cases, concerns, health issues. Just had her staff call and advise me that she was not willing to assist, by writing a letter to support her practitioner's refferal... just "wrote me off" displayed no concern or interest. Can not call and speak with anyone in the office without at least a 15 minute hold time through answering service. For someone in the profession of "caring for people" I found that she was certainly not the right fit for me. Seems based on other reviews, that I was just the unfortunate" case." But right is right and wrong is wrong. I certainly can't force her to be willing, or to provide what I feel she should bit I definitely deserve to be treated with a little curtesy and for my provider to display some (some)concern/interest.

Love Dr. Planer, when I go there, staff is very professional, when I go through portal to ask a question, they are not so nice, I have worked with the public for over 30 years, used to people being rude, Still love Dr. Planer!

I have not been to the Dr in several years and went to Dr. Planer for the first time. I was so scared waiting in the waiting room for them to call my name. When brought back my experience was amazing from the techs to Dr. Planer. As each minute went by I was more and more relaxed. I FOUND Dr. Planer TO BE VERY thorough with my exam, which was a full women's wellness. I was also very impressed with the follow thru of my visit and getting my test results in a very timely manor. I will now not let so much time go by knowing how comfortable how i felt. Thank You to Dr. Planer and her staff

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Planer. She is truly amazing. She is thorough, caring and considerate. She listens and tries to get to the root of your problem. I love her and recommend her to everyone I meet. Melissa, her former NP was just as amazing. Her new NP Candice is fine, no complaints, but pales in comparison to Melissa.

I saw one of Dr. Planer's nurse practitioners -- Melissa was wonderful. I met Dr. Planer as well, but she's about to go on maternity leave. I feel like Dr. Planer and her NP really care about me. They're concerned with my physical and mental well-being. They spent a lot of time with me, too. I'd recommend! They're awesome.
