I've been a patient of Dr. Gasner for years and wouldn't think of switching. Best Doctor in my opinion!

Dr. Gasner seems to be knowledgeable in his field and I trust him with his recommendations and treatment, if you can get to him. However, the receptionist, in particular the older one, is rude and condescending and I have since switched doctors. I am sure many of you have seen Barbra Streisand promoting attention to heart attack being the number one killer of women and we should never be ashamed to seek treatment if we feel something is wrong. Well, let me say this receptionist could care less and has no care if you were to fall down with a heart attack right in the lobby. Gasner was my primary physician at one time. My heart was doing flip flops and I was scared. I went in to see if I could have it checked. First thing out of her mouth was, do you have an appointment?. No, well sorry, he cant see you today, you need to make an appointment. So I respond with well I guess I will go to the emergency room then. She says, well they will not pay for it so be prepared to pay out of your pocket. I was so upset at this point that I began to cry. This low life receptionist then says, " oh, now she is going to cry". Take into consideration this occurred in front of all the patients waiting in the lobby. I have never been back. So if you want someone who cares about your well being, look somewhere else. This is an example of why women do not heed the heart attack warnings, for fear of ridicule by an uneducated person.

Excellent DR. My Phy. for the pass 20 yrs. I find him very qualified ,knowledgeable and professional.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Getting an appt is never difficult. Doc always answers my questions, takes his time with me, and so far has been correct in diagnosing my problems. I never feel rushed on my visits, either by him or his staff.
