I have been with Dr. Boles for almost 11 years and he is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable, great beside manner, staff is sweet and helpful!

Dr Boles was so nice and delivered 2 of my children I m going to find another doctor the people are rude and i never get called when i call . What happened to the nurse penny? They woulnt tell me when i was there.

I've been to this office twice. Each visit I was treated courteously and seen promptly. All my questions were answered and I was made to feel very comfortable as all procedures were completed. I was seen quickly when I phoned for an appointment which was very important to me.

Dr. Boles in his staff are wonderful. I have been going to dr. Boles for almost 10 years now. He has performed multiple surgeries on me and I have never had a bad experience.

The star rating is specifically for Dr. Boles himself. I will speak on his staff later in this review. I would first like to say that Dr. Boles is extremely knowledgable about pregnancy/labor and delivery. At each appointment he was very compassionate and spent as much time with me as I desired or needed. I never felt like I was being rushed through my appointment and he took my concerns and questions seriously. During labor and delivery he was supportive and informitive. I pushed for only 20 minutes, and obviously I couldn't see what was going on. My mom had the chance to see him in action and was very impressed with his knowledge during complications (my daughter was stuck at the shoulders, cord around her neck, not crying and this was all while I wouldn't dilate past 8) As with any doctor there are going to be good and bad reviews. My suggestion, schedule a pregnancy consult with the doctor that you're interested in. Ask questions, get to know your doctor and how he/she operates their practice. Knowledge is power, you can't complain if you don't take the steps to learn about your doctor before selecting who cares for you during your pregnancy.

Now, Dr. Boles has a NP. Penny I believe is her name. She is very rude, sometime condesending. She is in and out of the room with giving very little time for questions/concerns. She would def leave me feeling as if my concerns or time was not important. In addition, she didn't seem as knowledgable about certain things that I would expect her to know. My dissatisfaction with her ultimately lead to me requesting not to be scheudled with her anymore. The scheduling staff did great accomodating my request.

Office staff: They are AMAZING!! A few of my favorites are Whitney, Jackie, Lawanna (spelling?) and Patty. These ladies were always super polite and helpful. They didn't ever rush me through my appointment, but rather asked me how I was feeling, or about my family and so on. Things they didn't have to show interest in, they did.

For these reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. Boles office. Are you going to have to wait in the waiting room.....yes. As with any highly sought after, educated, busy office or place of business you are going to have to wait. Hope this review helps assist in your selection!!

He botched two of my surgeries and I had to get a new surgeon to repair the damage. The trauma I experienced over a 3 year period for his lack of attention is something I will never forgive. My new doctor took pictures of all the repairs he had to fix. I was appalled. To this day I am still angry that 3 years of my life were nothing but pain and recoveries. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Boles is a wonderful Doctor! He is very helpful and always answers any that I have. His staff are very friendly and helpful also I would highly recommend Dr Boles to anybody. He did great delivering my 2 children. He will always be my doctor.

After an hour and a half, I walked out of my "New Patient" appointment. Several patients whom arrived after I did were taken back and left before I was even acknowledged, and when I was finally taken back to a room, the nurse asked me what I was there for, to which I responded I was referred by my GP and a new patient, so for a routine check up I'd assume. She looked at me like I had 3 heads! I then spend 20 minutes in a room, to which I was fed up. I asked to reschedule my appointment and whom I assume is the head nurse (who was very kind) and the receptionist were shocked yet apologetic that I couldn't stay- reaching 2 hours! I won't be going back and I highly recommend they respect their patients, especially NEW patients!

I love this office! I became pregnant with my first daughter at 17, 20 now, and they were nothing but loving and caring to me. They didn't judge me at all and I enjoyed going. You don't see dr boles himself a lot but when I did he was nothing but helpful and thoughtful. All the nurses were really nice and the ultrasound tech was amazing! Now I am pregnant with my 2nd child and they have a lot of new people but they are all just as nice and caring. They actually ask me how I'm doing! I had to bring my one year old daughter with me because my husband was working and they helped hold her and play with her!! The NP even asked about her and how she was doing and that I was doing a great job with her! I feel nothing but welcomed and comfortable ther . The long waits in the waiting room are so worth it. And dr boles was so calm and awesome when he delivered my first and all the nurses were focused on me while I was giving birth. Not just talking about we're they're going out to eat later. I really love it.

This was my first time there (gyn needs only) and I was very impressed that they felt like they really, really cared that I was there. Will definitely recommend Dr. Boles!
