I am 15 weeks pregnant for the 4th time. I have had 3 miscarriages before this and this is the farthest along I've ever been. This time around has been horrible. I hate going into his office, I have only seen his NP through this pregnancy, and she has only talked down to me and acted like I was completely stupid this whole time. In my second visit she told me that she had forgotten to do some tests in my first visit and she still hasn't done them yet. Dr. Boles isn't really any better IF you get to talk to him. I was told they have a hotline if you have any questions at any hour of the day. I called him early yesterday morning (about 3) having a lot of pain and a little bleeding. He literally told me that I PROBABLY wasn't having a miscarriage and that I didn't need to be seen. Well, I waited a few hours and finally decided I needed to go to the hospital. I found out I have a really bad kidney infection, and the hospital asked him what they should prescribe me that would be safe. The medication he told them is NEVER supposed to be prescribed to someone that is pregnant, the pharmacist wouldn't even let me have it. To say the least, I am not going back to him again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go there. I will be finding a new doctor today.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been going to Dr. Boles since being 5 weeks pregnant. I normally wait in the waiting room for about an hour or so just to go back and see his rude NP. The ladies who take your vitals or draw blood are the only pleasant people there. I am 18 years old and his nurse makes me feel stupid every time I ask a question. At my very first visit, my now husband and I got the worst looks and snide remarks from her because we were not yet married and having a baby. Covenant calls themselves a Christian doctors office but doesn't portray that on any level. I have seen Dr. Boles 2 times. Once when I was in the hospital (35 weeks) with horrible pains, I was throwing up, and even passed out a few times, Dr. Boles came in the room after me having been at the hospital for 6-7 hours, and pretty much made me feel stupid and told me it was either gas or just Braxton Hicks. Which is not possible with the amount of pain I was in. The next time I saw him was in his Dr. Office, 2 days later, he didn't even know who I was. He himself had told me to leave my wristband from the hospital on in case I had to come back, and he made a comment to me as to why I had it on, told me my iron was too low, never advised me on what to do, did my Strep Swab Test, and left. Now, being 38 weeks pregnant, a family friend has called around to Dr. Offices for me to try and find someone that will accept me this late into term. My son will be here soon and I truly pray that I don't have to have Dr. Boles or his NP around when that happens. I hate that my experience had to be like this.

Dr. BOLES himself seems to be a good Doctor, but his reception staff is rude and expect to wait up to 2.5 hours in the waitong room for your appointment. Also, don't expect to see Dr. BOLES himself at every appointment. You will usually see his NP.
