doctor puppo is very informative and takes his time with my son. It is close to impossible to get an appointment for the same day that you call..most of the staff is rude on the phone and leave you on hold for a long time..all nurses except one have been very nice! thinking about going elsewhere for quicker, friendlier service!! doctor needs to get rid of some rude people!!

We have enjoyed having Dr. Gower for many years now. He takes care and takes time in examining my children and communicates his medical knowledge in an easy-to-understand way. He is attentive and caring. His staff is helpful and caring as well.

Dr. Gower was our family pediatrician growing up and then went on to see my children and my nephew. When I was 17 he knew I was not feeling well and didn't know why, but instead of being dismissive as so many doctors are, he kept trying to diagnose my problems. Due to his care and concern and diligence I was diagnosed with a very rare cancer and had the surgery needed to survive. It will be 18 years this year since that cancer was diagnosed, and I owe my life to Dr. Gower. Never a better doctor in Manassas. He is truly a gift from above.

I have only seen this provider once and will not use him again. I will only see the other provider in this practice.

I have 4 grown daughters all of whom have been patients of Dr. Gower’s their entire lives. My youngest just saw him for her college physical. I now have a 5 year old son and am so thankful that Dr. Gower is available for him as well. Dr. Gower is not only a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable physician but also a wonderful, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable human being. Not only does he do a remarkable job of caring for my family’s health but it has always been crystal clear that his top priority is treating not only each child but their parents with respect and dignity and making sure that the child’s health is #1 above money, convenience and his own personal gain. I too have had to call him in the middle of the night and even meet him in the office and each time he not only helped but did so with kindness and not even a hint that we had inconvenienced him. I consider Dr. Gower not only to be a superb physician and a blessing to those who know and are cared for by him.

Dr. Gower is the best pediatrician in Virginia. He is like a grandpa to our children. He is compassionate, faithful and comforting to both children and parents. Always soft spoken and kind. He gets his wisdom from a higher source and routinely takes medical mission trips to third world countries where he sees diseases that others only read about. He purchased his own lab equipment to do blood work immediately so he can confirm his diagnosis in minutes instead of days which has saved children's lives. Once when our son became very sick we had him paged at 3 am on the weekend, after hearing the symptoms he told us to meet him at the office, he gave our son a shot and averted a potentially serious emergency. He is an old school healer and he would still make house calls if his insurance would allow him. God's hand is upon this man and he genuinely cares about and spends time with his patients.
