Worst GP office. I’ve been seeing Dr. Damaj for about 15 years. But I recently decided that my mental health, and stress level from dealing with his office is not worth my health nor time.

I’ve been subjected to dismissive comments over a health condition in his office. I’ve asked for specialist referrals and his office will give me a list of specialists but they won’t send a referral to any specialist. Needless to say specialists require records with the referral.

Of the many issues they have, this office doesn’t return emails, second they don’t return phone calls, thirdly nobody will take responsibility for providing medical records. I have on file a Signed release form to get these records expedited. I asked for these in an email and they have not been provided. I called to inquire about the records being sent to a new GP and I was told that it’s $.60 per page and that it takes up to 60 days. Dealing with his office is like pulling teeth. It’s an incredibly painful experience.

Dr. Damaj is very pleasant and gets right down to business. He seems to be very intelligent and concerned about his patients; it is a pleasure to have an appointment with him.

Just started seeing Dr. Damaj and so far so good. He is very attentive and the staff was amazing.

Had a 8 am appt. got there @ 7:35am, there where 4 people already waiting. The doors opened @ 7:50am nurse took everybody names, @ 8am I was the first one called back @ 8:10am Dr. Damaj came in we discussed my test results all good doc happy I was happy. he ask me if I had any questions, I did and he answered all of them. Very good Experience with Dr. Damaj very happy also, staff was very Friendly and punctual.

Dr. Damaj is wonderful doctor, and getting an quick appointment is amazingly appreciated. I agree phone calls are lacking (typical in our now world) BUT his request to use "inquiries@horizonviewmc.com" works! Staff returns calls that day, or the next morning depending on times we call. I stick with Nouhad Damaj!!! Joyce B.

The best thing Dr. Damaj could do is get rid of the uneducated, uncaring, inconsiderate, confused and disorganized staff he has working for him now - clean your house Doc!

I went to Dr. Damaj about 4 years ago, but had to leave because his staff was just too unorganized. They billed me for payments already made, and refused to remedy the situation. Went back recently because I needed a doctor. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gives good referrals, if necessary. His staff is still horrible. Again, billed for payments already made at the office, dismissive. I had x-rays done because of an accident, and 10 days later, they have not contacted me. Staff said that they are just getting to people from the end of the the month before! Might have to change again because that is just not acceptable when you have pain. They really need to get better staff!!

Dr Damaj is the best doctor in Las Vegas. He is an internist an is extremely knowledgeable. He is caring, and takes time to listen to you an answer all questions, no matter how busy he is. He has been my Mom's doctor since he moved here from Pahrump. He shows her such care and concern and allows her however much time she needs to ask questions. He now the PCP for our entire family. Wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. Miss the days when he was able to take over the care of all his patients that were hospitalized, but understandably his patient load has grown so much, (because he is so great), he can no longer do this. Best doctor in town!
