Dr Booker and the support staff go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I really felt my needs, questions were taken care off. They helped me make a plan to bring my smile back and now the work is completed I couldn't be more happier. Best experience!

Dr. Booker is a really good dentist. I had a number of tricky fillings and she was able to do them all in less than an hour and I didn’t feel a thing. She’s professional, accurate, quick, and also very personable. She has a great sense of humour and remembers details about your life which is a nice touch. The office is clean and new and up to date. The TVs on the ceiling are a great touch that gives you something to get distracted with. Highly recommended.

Just recently moved to Nanaimo and called Northfield Dental as they were close. I am embarrassed to say its been many years since I saw a dentist due to negative comments from previous office. I spoke with the receptionist who was so very kind and compassionate and reassured me that they are wanting to help not make me feel guilty. She was right Dr. Booker and her assistant was so sweet helped me make a plan to get my healthy smile back. I can not say enough how great this visit was and I am looking forward to my next visit. :)

Just moved to the Nanaimo area and was looking for a new dentist but everywhere I called were not accepting any new patients due to Covid. Over the weekend I broke a filling and called everyone to see if they could help me. It was Northfield Dental that called me and was able to get me that afternoon. What a life saver they were, Dr Booker and staff were amazing and now they are my new dental office. Thank you so much for not turning me away and also fixing my tooth. Wish I could rate you higher than a five!

Love this office and Dr. Booker! They truly care about their patients, I had a dental emergency and my own office wasn't able to get in that day. This office found me a spot and even fixed my tooth. I have now switched offices and highly recommend this office who put patients first above anything else.
