Very fair rates DR Phill. Everybody now and then will get complaints but that's profession. Other then those fair few you seem like a good reccommended professional. Its time to require military assistance by the Murphy administration for great science eqiptment update for better advanced capabilities and detections. This proven progression can guarantee better sucess and patiant satisfactions. Science political assist on the way covered by the tax payers.

While I like Dr. P., the billing system for someone who is out of network is horrible - almost impossible to get invoices that insurance will accept. And I have United Healthcare…..even though I pay at the time of service, they give me no invoice, and it is up to the patient to follow up to request an invoice. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure if the doctors know this is going on but I have three invoices over the last year which I am still trying to get reimbursed. Looking for a new ENT….like him, but it is hard to get in when you are sick, and the billing issue is just too much of a burden on the patient if you are out of network. The billing people act like they are doing you a favor by sending you an invoice that you can actually submit for reimbursement.

I went to Dr. P for a second opinion. I have had so many head colds. I was always sick. But this doctor got me straightened out. I like his manner and the way he explains things.

Dr. Phil is a calm, knowledgeable physician. He always shakes your hand when he enters the room. That means a lot when you go to someone with a medical issue. I have had numerous sinus surgeries in the past with different ENT's. He has been able to help me through the problems they have created.If I need to be seen with an acute problem, they are able to get me in.

Excellent diagnostician... solved my daughter's problem (she needed surgery) after numerous doctors had treated her unsuccessfully. And talk about down-to-earth... a really nice man.

I brought my 16 month old son to him because my son had recurrent ear infections that were so bad his ears would bleed. The doc suggested he put tubes in his ears and he did a great job with the surgery, my son has not had an ear infection since. The only thing that wasnt good was that my son had to wait 2 months to have the surgery because there were no E.R openings at Riverview Medical Center and the doctor couldn't get him in any sooner, but other than that Dr passalaqua is great..oh and he has a kind of cold bedside manner..he's a very serious person.
