Dr. Tavill has seen our almost 4 year old since she was 15 months old. We have NEVER had anything but a positive experience at the office! My daughter loves going there. Between the waiting room, the treasure chest, she never has a problem when I mention where we’re going, but my daughter especially loves seeing Dr. Tavill and Miss Cindy. They are so kind and patient with her and are so knowledgeable and informative. They provide the best care. We are on our second set of ear tubes and she also has had an adenoidectomy. We couldn’t be more pleased with our entire experience.

Dr Tavill is wonderful with my son who needed tubes in his ears. The procedure improved his speech dramatically! The staff is also great and the waiting room is the BEST with a separate room full of toys for the kids!! My son loves it there so I don’t mind if we have to wait!!

He is a good dr but lacks bedside manner. The way he responds to questions from parents needs improvement. He comes off as having an attitude, but then will say something else in a normal tone. Also some of the schedulers (not all of them) seem to have an attitude as well like they don’t want to be there. The last time I was at the office I waited a hour for the appt with this dr. Before that it was about 30-40 min.

Very Knowledgeable and precise. Put tubes in my 5 yr old daughters ear and they were very successful. Definitely recommend!!!!

Dr. Tavill and his staff were amazing. My daughter, who is 8 years old, is shy and timid and Dr. Tavill and his staff made her feel very comfortable with all of the tests and procedures for her ears. Her pre-op testing showed significant hearing loss in both of her ears. She got tubes put in to help drain the fluid and only a little over a month later she scored perfect on her hearing test. The doctor and staff also gave us further information should anything else come up. They were all wonderful!

Dr. Tavill treats both of my children and he is the best! He is kind and patient with the children, taking the time to fully examine and explain to us/children what their diagnosis and treatment includes. Both of my children had tubes and before jumping to the procedure, he watched them for a period of months to make sure it was what they needed to be healthy. I would recommend him to anyone. Sure, the wait can sometimes be longer than expected, but that's because he and Cindy take the time to meet with their patients. They provide a waiting room filled with toys and books for the kids, which helps to pass the time. I'm grateful for his expertise!

Waited over 2 hrs to see the doctor! Staff didnt seem to care I was sitting there . Others came after me and where taken before I was seen! horrible experience Won't go back!!!
