Absolutely DO NOT WASTE your time and money with these people!! After seeing 4 different rheumatologist over the last decade and being misdiagnosed or unheard, I was told that Dr Odutola would be the hero! Oh boy was that wrong! I had to wait 6 months for my first appointment, which initially we were bummed out but also understanding of since she's supposedly a miracle maker. Once my appointment finally came time and we arrive to her office thats over an hour away, the receptionist tells me they no longer accept UHC and so I'd be having to pay out of pocket. Of course no one bothered to contact me prior to notify us about this. And since we had waited so long and she's supposed to be such an amazing doctor we said ok we will pay out of pocket. During the appointment we find out that Dr. Odutola had spent zero time reviewing any and all of my medical history both available through the shared medical record platform and also faxed directly to her. Additionally, I had brought 2 binders of medical records and imaging that she also refused to review. She spoke so quietly my husband and I could barely hear her, and she continuously yawned throughout the entire appointment. She did a halfass physical exam on me and contradicted the majority of my diagnoses and very obvious health issues I most certainly have. She then told us she didn't want to focus on any diagnosis, and would need time to review my medical information and we would have a follow-up in 2 weeks. Shortly after I was notified my medical records had been updated online, and sure enough she wanted to prescribe prednisone, which is clearly stated as an allergy in my medical records! So come 2 weeks and I get a phone call that she needs to reschedule for some unknown reason. We wait another week or so for that appointment and they call again and say she is going out of town for a month and we have to reschedule again! So now over 2 months have past since the 1st appointment, here comes the day to finally have a follow-up appointment. Keep in mind, I haven't received any kind of appointment confirmation in the days prior. The appointment is scheduled for 6 pm. I get a missed phone call right before 4 pm while I'm still working. I call back within a few minutes and their phones are turned off for the day. Around 5:20 pm I'm texted a video link that says Dr. Odutola would like you to join. I was frustrated by the time being off but I join and wait for 15+ minutes and she never joins. So I join again at 6 pm and then she again never joins the video call. The office phones are still off for the day too. Then come Monday I have to call their office over 20 times, because they continuously put me on hold and hang up. Once they left me on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever actually answered to say please hold or anything. So I continuously call until someone finally does answer and I politely ask to speak with the practice manager, I'm told she's unavailable, so I ask for her to call me back. Well it's been over a week and she has never called!

Additionally! They billed me almost $400 claiming UHC wouldn't cover any of the 1st appointment. Well sure enough UHC is accepted there and I only owed them $70 after I spoke with their 3rd party billing management company. So on top of their piss poor management and unprofessionalism, they were attempting to highly over charge me!

I've now wasted over half a year of my life trying to get very serious medical answers and the right medication, but all I've been left with is less money and frustration!

And after reading quite a lot of other people's reviews it paints a very clear picture of how disgraceful Dr. Odutola and her staff truly are!

So do not waste your time or your money, find a better doctor who actually cares about you! Quite frankly I believe she should have her license revoked with how she mistreats her patients!

First time I've experienced the "bait and switch" with a doctor. Made appt with Odutola 3 months ago. they called day before appointment to confirm my appointment with Dr. Saleem. Excuse upon excuse. Dr. Saleem was worthless when i saw her 2 years ago. Good thing us sick people can count on the medical profession like this.

Very Professional....listened intently with care + respect. Punctuality problematic but well worth the wait. I did not feel RUSHED as is the case with many health care professionals. Recommend to schedule her as your only appointment of your day.

I like Dr. O, been going to her for 4 year now. She's never lost any of my records, labs or information. I ask a ton of questions and she is always good and patient about answering them. I have on a couple of ocassional waited 15 mins past my spot time, but I'm assuming she's giving others asuch time as she gives me :). She also recommended a great Hollistic doc!

Waited 45 minutes for a very important appointment to review results of a cadre of blood tests; Dr. O walks in and asks the reason for the visit. Her office called us to make the appointment! We then sat there for 10-15 minutes while she read, then she says she wants more tests. This could have been handled by a phone call. Didn't introduce herself to my spouse; very rude.

After searching for a rheum doc (Feb 2011) I found Dr. Odutola. I had to wait about 1.5 hours to be seen for my first appt. I was tired, and Dr. O was tired. But I felt that I got a thorough enough exam on my first visit, even though it was well past 6:00pm for my 4:30pm appt. Dr. O ordered 28 blood tests and a chest x-ray to help determine what I had. The results were inconclusive, but she did determine that I had UCTD and started treating me immediately. She looked at my bloodwork thoroughly and also found a vitamin deficit and started me on a 6 week dose of prescription Vit. D. She also prescribed me PT for other joint pain not related to the UCTD. I appreciate her attention to detail. My second appt, I only waited about 10 minutes. I believe that this facility has improved greatly based on the previous comments left here.

I will NEVER go back to this Dr. again. She lost my blood work results twice. I had to wait over an hour and never saw the Dr. I walked out and will never return again.
