Honestly, I would give her O stars if I could. I'm shocked by the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism this provider has displayed to me. There was no concerns for the issues that I am having and her response to me was "I am too swamped, I'll get to you next week." She is completely disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and has no concern for her patients. She will also talk down to you as if you have no idea on what you're talking about. Do not waste your time on this provider, your health is NOT her concern.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ajanee this week and really like her. My wife and kids were going to her, and I wasn’t happy with my physician, so I thought I’d give her a try. She is a good listener. She took note of what I had to say and what was bothering me and offered more than one route we could take to resolve the issues. I feel so relieved knowing that I won’t have to put up with this problem or “wait it out.” FINALLY, someone is offering me some RELIEF! Thank you, Dr. Ajanee!

Dr. Ajanee is without a doubt in the top 1 percent of brilliant general practitioners in the area. We drive over an hour just to see her. She is very knowledgeable about so many different aspects of medical care and takes the time to explain things in terms the average patient can understand. If tests are necessary, she will order them, but she will never order unnecessary tests or try to “pad” the bill, so to speak. Dr. Ajanee treats you as a “person,” not a “body.” If she needs to consult a specialist on something, she won’t hesitate to do so and will quickly get back to you with her findings. We LOVE her and know you will, too.

I tolerated her for years because I only see her once a year for checkups. But her wait times are outrageous. Never, have I been seen at my appt time. Usually its over an hour. Then she spends about 5 mins with me, talks really fast and rushes me out the door with a slew of scripts and lab work orders. You should not go to her if you actually want a doctor to listen to you. Why put up with it when there are so many out there to choose from. I wish I would have left her long ago. The other reviews that state "no wait times" and "excellent caring doctor" are clearly fake reviews.

I waited over an hour. The doctor flew through less than half of my medical history, and immediately wanted me to change some older prescriptions. She was very pushy. I told her about a specific medicine I had a bad reaction to. She put this name in my Medical Allergies section. Then two days later, she called in an RX for this same medicine!! That tells me 2 important things: 1)She doesn't listen: 2) she didn't even consult my chart before prescribing a drug. Very scary woman. I am glad I was determined to stand up to her.

When I left Dr. Ajanee's care after a very few visits, I discovered that the notes had innumerable errors in them. She is knowledgeable but recommended a course of treatment that paid no heed of my care of myself. She took no trouble to understand me, no interest in my lifestyle, and no acknoledgement of my level of intelligence. She does not LISTEN and is so rushed she cannot learn about the patient other than through tests. Not the care I want and need and expect. Found another more competent physician, fortunately.

Dr Ajanee is the most compassionate Dr. ever, and a very amazing Doctor! I have had many appts and have never waited either in the waiting room or the exam room. She is very punctual and remembers everything about your previous visits. She remembers my kids and ask about them. She has a portal on St. Lukes that you can leave her a message at anytime and she responds within the day. It is so convenient. I am so pleased that I found her for my Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Ajanee for several years. If you are late or have to cancel an appointment you are billed the co-pay. There is no way to leave a message as there is no answering machine and the office is closed well over an hour for lunch and at 4 pm. The office is only open a half day Wednesday. So with young children of my own, I've had to cancel or change appointments due to kids' being sick etc...and Dr. Ajanee gets very upset when this happens. However, the average wait time in her office is 1 1/2 hours and I'm always late going back to work. First you wait in the waiting room and I've waited another 45-one hour in the patient room on top of the other wait. In addition, one specific office staff person is very abrupt and NOT FRIENDLY. So if you ask about the wait or have questions--she is very rude. I've addressed this with Doctor Ajanee and the Office Manager but this staff person remains. Over the years I've sent many friends and relatives to Dr. Ajanee--several have left the practice due to the long waits and rude front desk woman. St. Lukes is an excellent hospital and both my husband and I have had major surgeries with excellent doctors. We've both seen surgeons and other specialists at St. Lukes. At no time have we have had rude office staff like Dr. Ajanee's. Overall her care and the nurses care has been good. But when you are greeted by rude office staff and the wait time is so very long--it changes her overall rating to below average in CUSTOMER CARE. Dr. Ajanee needs to read the reviews of her office staff and wait times. This is hurting her reputation and practice. There are many other good doctors at St. Lukes that do not have these issues.

An hour wait is standard wait time then you are rushed. Why even show up on time wh n you know it's going to be an hour be fore she sees you.
