DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They ripped off my wife and have been very unprofessional. They gave us a free sonogram voucher and told us we could use it anytime.. when we tried they refused to, made up lies about insurance fees. We verified through the insurance company the ease of changing everything for our credit, and it takes about a minute... they have been VERY rude on the phone. Then there is the whold story as to how we ended up with a free voucher, but there is not enough space here to tell it. but use this office at your own risk. The way they act I would be suprised if they are still in business in another year.

I first starte going to Dr. Rygiel because I had a history of female problems and was starting perimenopause. At first he was very helpful and explained to me that I wouldn't be diagnosed as Menopausal unless I had missed 12 periods. That changed quickly. I went to see his nurse practitioner for my annual, she prescribed an HRT and said if it didn't help with my symptoms just call in. When I did, she was gone and I saw the Dr. again. Not only did he run me through a complete cancer screening again, (I had just done the uterine biopsy and sonagram 18 months before), but when everything came back negative he recommended a complete hysterectomy. Despite the fact that I saw him 5 times in six weeks he could never remember why I was there. The thought of him doing surgery on me made me wonder if I would get a tonsillectoy or hysterectomy. I have changed dr's now and know I am not in need of any surgery.

I have been going to Dr. Rygiel for a few years now and my experience has been mostly postive. I will keep coming to him.

He didnt listen to my friends concerns. He dictated the entire plan without her involvement. Everyone else was to blame for everything, it was never his responsibilty. There are so many other great docs in the Springs look else where.

I do not recommend Dr. Rygiel. My family and I found him to be highly incompetent and uncaring. He did not take our most important concerns seriously. We also found some of his staff member unkind as well.

Dr Rygiel and his staff are amazing! I am so glad I went to him for the birth of my first child. I had some early complications and he made me feel so much better about my complications. I highly recommend Dr Rygiel!

This doc.had me come in for an (unecessary) induction almost 20 yrs. ago, leading to an unnecessary c-section, which emotionally scarred me for.....ever? I was not properly anesth., and felt almost intolerable pain during the entire procedure. If I knew then what I know now......Be very leery.

Dr. Rygiel comes up in conversation when women in Monument are discussion gyn care, and the universal response is negative. He seems to be ordering unnecessary extra cancer biopsies, but that is of course hard to prove. I was just not comfortable with his bedside manner... Also, on one visit (not my first visit, even!), after I checked in with my insurance card (I think I had United Healthcare then but I'm not positive), I was laying down on the table in my little sheet feeling quite vulnerable, and the receptionist came in demanding to know how I was going to pay for the appointment since I "didn't have insurance"! I hope other women from CSpgs and Monument will log in their experiences here so we can compare notes.
