Be warned: Dr. Pass is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen, and the entire experience of going to her office is horrible. Expect an hour wait (I've waited up to 2 hours) for a consultation that lasted under 3 minutes. She will rush you, even cutting off your sentences to move onto the next patient. Also, staff members are very unfriendly and do not even utter a greeting to you when you walk in--they only talk to you when it's time to take your money.

I had a problem with the payment/billing for my visit and her staff flatly ignored my several attempts to clear up the problem. There are many other doctors in the area. Given the uncaring nature of this office, I'd recommend you try one of them instead. Regards.

Rude staff, overbooks time slots, long waits. Will not complete a body scan and another service on same appointment! Appointments for body scans booked only certain days of a month, long wait. Follow-up care and test result communication very poor. BC/BS FEDS needs to add more Dermos to the perferred provider list!!!!!

As with others, I found that the wait time to see her was ridiculous. She was extremely overbooked. Her office was so full I had to stand for over an hour just to see her. It was not worth the wait.

I arrived at for my 8:45 appointment to find that there were 12 people in them waiting room already! The office opened at 8:30. They excessively overbook their appointments. After waiting an hour I had to leave because of having to pick my child at from school. I was told "oh, pick him up and come back, we'll get to you by then!" How unprofessional! This was not a doctor I wanted to establish a relationship with. You couldn't tell how nice her skin was because of her "Tammy Fay Baker" make-up job.

She is very rude. There is a two hour wait in the waiting room. Not sure why she overbooks patients the way she does. Makes me think she's in it for the money. Going to change dermatologist ASAP.

Didn't seem too interested in situation at hand. The office felt like an factory just passing people through the assembly line.

Dr. Pass has a "passive" attitude and isn't sensitive to patient needs. I was suffering from horrible acne that started when I was 23 (of all ages!). I was 28 by the time I saw Dr. Pass. I was spending over an hour every morning desperately trying to cover up the imperfections on my skin - sometimes crying with frustration - sometimes refusing to go to work because of it. When she commented to me "It's really not that bad.", I knew it was time to move on!

The wait times can be a pain sometimes -- but Dr. Pass knows her stuff.
