Our family trusts Dr. McHeffey to evaluate and oversee our medical care. She is accessible, spends a lot of time listening and her diagnostic skills are top notch. She is relentless in her investigation and diagnosis of medical issues, leaving no questions unanswered. Her office setting is impeccable and her staff professional. With health care, it is all about quality.

You get what you pay for, and she's EXCELLENT. She spends at least an hour, and she cares on a personal level. She's entitled to take a vacation, and she's given me more free care when I couldn't afford it. Nasty people write nasty comments and will never be happy.

The doctor just raised her prices. For 150 I would expect her to see me more than 10 min. what a rip off. I need to find another.

that person who said she was rude and uncaring is bad. She is the best doctor i know and she is very nice. Her staff (especially Rosemerrie) are very nice and helpful.

I went to this doctor through a recommendation. But after 3 tries to get an appointment and all three times she was on vacation. It is not worth having a doctor who works part time.

I've recommended her to all my friends. She really cares and listens to her patients.

I found Dr. McHeffey and her staff to be rude and uncaring. My calls were not returned, nor were my test results reported to me in a timely fashion. Additionally, I waited 45 minutes for the doctor on my last 2 appointments. Its a shame to have to switch doctors and a waste of time.
