I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Pugash and cannot say how fantastic of an experience it was. His team was super helpful and sweet. Both, Dr Pugash and his team, were so knowledgable and able to answer all my questions and concerns. I have always had a love/hate relationship with my breasts. 2 kids later and gravity (I am close to 40) did not help them at all. I took the decision to have a breast lift and implants and it was the best decision I have ever made. It boosted my confidence, my husband is IN LOVE with them and I feel like I can wear any dress I want now. Yes, it is expensive, but totally worth it. I made my homework and googled many doctors in Vancouver before I decided on Dr. Pugash. His waiting list to get in for an appointment was more than a year, and that tells you that he is busy for a reason. When I went in, he presented things in such a way that I had almost no questions, as his presentation was extensive and covered all the things I was worried about. I am glad I chose him. I feel better now then when I was half my age.
I would encourage all the ladies out there that are considering this that you should love yourself and invest in yourself, as you only have one life and one body.

I initially chose Dr Pugash because my friend went to him for her breast implants. She looked amazing and so I decided to consult with him regarding my implants. His knowledge and manner made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to go ahead with the procedure. That was 15 years ago. At that time, gel implants were banned due to more research being done in Europe and so I had saline implants. I was very happy with the results and so pleased to no longer have my post-pregnancy deflated breasts. Since that time I have had lower and upper lid surgery and also a lower facelift. I was and still am very happy with those procedures. My face looks younger and more rested but still natural and I still look like me. This was also a big decision for me but the professionalism and expertise of Dr Pugash made me feel confident and I knew I could relax and trust him. More recently I had my saline implants replaced with gel implants. Although they were still in perfect condition I wanted the more natural feel of gel. This procedure also went very smoothly and the result again is perfect. I always followed the protocol and had no complications in any of my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Pugash and would definitely go back to him for any further procedures. In addition, his office staff are very helpful and discreet and take the time to discuss any concerns you might have. All the procedures were done in private hospitals where both the facilities and staff were excellent. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr Pugash perform these procedures and I very highly recommend him.

had the most pleasant experience with Dr.Pugash’s office. His staff was incredibly helpful and informative whenever I had any further questions. Dr. Pugash himself took his time with my initial consult to explain everything I needed to know about breast augmentation.

Prior to the day of surgery, the staff allowed me to come in to redo my fitting and reassure me as I was nervous and unsure.

On the day of surgery and post-operative, it was great. Dr.Pugash did an amazing job and I know I couldn’t possibly be any happier with my results. Thanks again Dr.Pugash and staff!!
