I am 34 years old, was very obese in my teen/early adult years. After having a gastric sleeve I lost over 150 pounds and had a very large hanging flap of skin on my front.
I had a consultation with Dr Pugash, and he was making sure my expectations were set and very realistic, he offered me two types of TT options, and I chose a straight across incision with LiPo on my flanks. He and his team gave me incredible results. And I have never been more comfortable in my body. After all the work I'd done myself this was just the final step. From start to finish/follow up care the whole team has been incredible. Always there to answer a phone call, email or text in the most timely manner, and supporting me in trying to get my surgery in before my wedding this year. Also recommending someone to finance with. Simone has been the absolute most help someone could ask for.
My results are 100/10 best I could imagine, I can not recommend enough Dr Pugash or his office/support staff.

Dr Pugash has changed my life, Iam so blessed to have had the opportunity to be his patient.
I had a tummy tuck with liposuction, it’s only been 3 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was so very nervous as this is my first cosmetic surgery, from my first phone call with Simone and my virtual phone call with Dr P, I knew he was THE ONE. After many consultations with different doctors, doctors from Toronto, referral doctors from friends .. Dr P was the only doctor that said to me “ listen your a mother and I will do the best I can for you BUT I also need to make sure that we are NOT putting your health at risk” (as I wanted multiple procedures) at that moment I knew He’s my Doc!! As a mother nothing is more important than having a doctor put your health in such priority .. I knew I was in good hands, he definitely did not disappoint with my TT results .. he has exceeded my expectations I cannot put in words how happy Iam. I’m glowing and have never felt more beautiful! Dr. Pugash is the best in his field. I researched and saw many plastic surgeons. I am thrilled with the outcome of my surgery (my original breast implants were badly placed), so Dr. Pugash had to internally repair that problem, and then position newer softer ones in place, and also lift the breasts. A very difficult surgery with amazing results.

Dr Pugash did my breast reduction 20 years ago, and an Abdominoplasty & Liposuction last year and I could not be happier with his work.
From start to finish, himself and his staff were professional and knowledgeable. The final results exceeded my expectations and I could not be more thrilled. My recovery was exactly as described it would be, with no complications. My scaring is less than what I was braced for.

I can't imagine a better surgical experience! I honestly haven't stopped smiling since my breast augmentation about 6 weeks ago (after the initial pain wore off, of course) - despite years of research, I honestly had no idea the results would look or feel this good. I'm crediting Dr. Pugash and the lovely Simone, they are absolute professionals who make you feel calm, confident, and anxiety-free right from initial consultation straight through surgery & post-op. They are kind, knowledgable, and just generally lovely people, I am beyond grateful...can't argue with amazing results, especially after a seamless surgery and relatively pain-free recovery!
