No starts , this is not  a doctor! I have been to many doctors  , but never ever doctor made me feel how i was feeling today.  I was treated  like criminal. What  Could go wrong at doctors office everything was wrong.  I was the first one that morning,  but its ok she took 2 people ahead of me.  This is ok , not the end of the world. Assistant  girl comes asks why I'm here . In one sentence i explain to her  ...in a few minutes comes the "doctor"   i said i would like you to remove small mold near my lashes. Ok  she goes,... i got some numbing thing, she cuts little thing off  gives me some aquaphor.  And she tells assistant  that i have to comeback in 2 weeks for full body checkup and  ofcourse  to see my eye. I said i would like to show  you few more thinks on my skin that bothers me if it ok. (Already feeling guilty  that asking for to much). She looks, she goes this is fine, this is fine, but this darker one she goes it should be removed. It was darker spot near my knee. I said ok great lets remove it. She goes  I'm done with you today, you have to comeback for this in 2 weeks. (This is her words ) I ask politely,  but I'm here now, why can you just remove, she goes oh if you HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS EARLIER , then would be different.  Then she mentions again that she is DONE, and its not working like that.  But then with different  attitude she changes her mind , because she knows she is wrong. You don't treat people like you do.  And i said to her is not easy now to keep coming back to doctors office, not everybody has a job, and my   copays is  $40 . I left office , i was sitting in my car for  at least10 minutes trying to figure out  wat jus happened?  And the way i feel now few hours latter ....,i need strong medication to relaxe my brain, to stop thinking about what happened today. Im in shock.  How people can work like that. You care only about money? I just got in your office and you already telling me to come back in 2 weeks. Look at all those reviews all bad, i went there because  the location, is just few blocks from my house. Never ever going to see doctor with bad reviews. And those few  good  reviews  probably from family members or friends.  I saw a lot of elderly people there, i guess  they do not read reviews. She needs to work on her etiquette and learn how to be professional in a workplace. Save your time and money avoid this place.

Horrible experience - it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my skin biopsy results or blood work ( mind you the lab told me it was sent to her ) the staff is horrible and nasty , they do not let you get three words out of your mouth without becoming louder than you and dominating the conversation . I asked her to
Please at least check to see if my blood results were in since she was so quick to say no - she put me on a “ fake hold “ asked me my date of birth , came back to
Me and said NO NO .
I called the lab today and they said they did send the results . The staff is unprofessional and ridiculous . I still have the worst skin problem that is painful and she hasn’t even called me back . I think she is only good at giving Botox and fillers . When I had my first appointment she gave me two tiny sample sized creams until I received the medication by mail . Mind you she never did a full body exam only looked at my arm . I called two days later explaining it would take two to three business days to receive the spray cream and asked if I can have two more samples . The receptionist or whoever they all are immediately said your not supposed to use a lot of that . I said how can I not when I am covered from head to toe in this burning painful skin problem ? She put me on another fake hold and said she would have to ask the doctor if she could give me two more of these tiny bottles . My husband was in the areas that day and caught them with their jackets on leaving ! He said someone here said they would check with you and you would call back and your leaving my wife like this ?!!
Of course not one of the girls recalled me calling about it . Ha! The doctor went inside and then gave me the samples .
I was also told no blood results were sent to them . I called the lab and they were . Still no call back as I sit here in pain . None of the meds she prescribed worked for me . I am never using this place again but all I want are my biopsy results and blood work to take to my specialist since I do have existing autoimmune diseases . The doctor herself didn’t know why i have such a severe case and was googling on her computer trying to find out . I did that already and I think I have diagnosed myself at this point . Also , I wrote a review on her site the day before I was scheduled for my follow up and ironically two
Hours before I was due to come in , the staff called to cancel my appt. hmmmm the irony . If there is something seriously wrong I will look to seek an attorney . Please I urge you not to go here . I won’t even give one star !

I never been to an office where it as so OVER BOOKED! The waiting was unbearable you count even breath in that office.

Dr is okay but books to many appointments and is never on time and is a bit late

I have come three times giving her the opportunity because I do like her but to have to wait over an hour or more like your time is valuable is not fair. The last visit my appointment was 9:00. I was ten minutes early and the doctor wasn't even there, which is VERY unprofessional. As for the staff, they are very loud speaking of nothing that pertains to the job at hand. Again very unprofessional. As much as I like her I will not be returning.

Be prepared for a two hour wait, unprofessional service and a doctor who thinks she's the only dermatologist in New York. Staff asks for co-pay before your even seen. All about money first. Plays ping pong recommendations with other doctors. Never going back, so many other choices that treat you with respect as a patient, not a cattle car.
