Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff was not the friendliest. It wasn't a warm or welcoming office until you got back with the doctor who was very attentive. There are 2 separate phone numbers - so, calling for an appointment always caused anxiety because the receptionists/nurses always sounded annoyed if you called the wrong one. Unfortunately, I will look for another practice as a result.

Dr Johnson is a caring physician, expert in diagnosing problems. He is well educated in many specialty areas, but is humble enough to send patients to specialists to double check his own assessments (which are usually correct). He is practical in his treatment recommendations. For example, where some doctors might recommend surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome, he has been able to relieve the problem with the use of a cock-up wrist splint worn at night. Dr. J's patients can rely on his first-hand knowledge of excellent specialist doctors in the area. A patient never feels rushed during a visit with Dr.J., although he talks a mile a minute, sometimes while writing at the same time. He teaches his patients about their conditions, to form a real partnership with them to maintain good health. So if there is some waiting time in his office, it's easy to understand that it is because he is giving his whole attention to someone else's needs, just as he does yours.

Dr. Johnson is very through in his approach with patient. If he sees a problem he will get to the bottom of it. He put terms in common language and always gives you a plan of attack.I have been with him for over 15 years.

Dr Johnson is very knowledgeable and very patient. He can diagnose your symptom from one visit. I really like having him as my primary care.
