Do not go to this doctor especially with children. He has done a lot of damage to my granchildren . Does not care if thier hurting .will not give anything. They have had to have addition surgery for minor things that he caused. Cancel appts if he wants to and never returns any ph calls. My two grandchildren are still very sick. They are on medicaid. Hes horrible. One now has staff and M R S A in her sinus.due to his neglect my other granddaughter had to have a graft in her ear wete he left a stopped up tube in her ear for 7 months . Please do not trust your child to this doctor.

My grandchildren go to this doctor he is not a good doctor does not seem to care about children. My grandchild had MRSA and staff in sinus he has let her suffer horrible . My daughter called repeatly to get her care .he did not seem to care finally ordered meds still not clear after a month. My other granddaughter had an graft in rt ear due to him not removing a stopped up tube in ear that was stopped up for 7 months . Had severe ear infection that cause her sinus to become infected also. Our md would not refer us to anyone else till he dismiss us due to kids on mediciad. I personal took them most of the time. Never use this md with children . He truly does not care. He cancels appts if he feels he wants to without explantion.

My wife and I took vacation time off for our sons appointment. Upon arrival at the office were told the pompous and arrogant Dr. Anderson was not there that day as he had decided to change his schedule and do surgery that day (I'm sure more $$$) than seeing patients. They said they tried to call but couldn't reach us (neither cell was called that they had on file). Also said they tried to leave a message at home but our line was disconnected. Funny, when I called from the office I was able to leave a message on our answering machine. Staff was rude and uncaring, will never go back nor recommend.

I really liked Dr. Anderson and his staff. I went to him and he was thorough, respectful and concerned about my problem. He listened and came up with a plan to alleviate the troubles that I have been experiencing for 20 years. He seems quite knowledgeable and he is very well respected within the community and the healthcare field in which I also work. His staff was kind and efficient as well. I am scheduled for surgery next week and I feel quite confident that he will do a great job. I will recommend him to friends, family and my associates.

Had to wait a very long time to see this doctor. He recommended I have numerous tests done. After researching, I found out these tests were not really necessary for my problems.

I was very pleased with the care that i received from Dr. Anderson and his staff. I felt he was very thorough in my treatment and his nurses were equally compassionate. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Anderson has helped me have a much better quality of life after a lifetime of suffering with allergies and sinus problems. He is very knowledgeable but in addition he is personable and easy to talk to and above all he listens to you. Great ENT.
