Dr. Anderson is one of the best doctors I know. From knowledge, to listening, to bedside manner he is the best. My wife, my daughter, and myself will only go to see Dr. Anderson. He will always have a solution for a problem.

I had sinus surgery & I regret that I went to him. I am worse than I was prior to surgery. I pray to just be restored to my prior symptoms. I explained that my breathing still wasn't any better which he paused for a minute & continued to talk about how I should be feeling from the surgery which I wasn't better but worst. He didn't even address what I said so I knew for sure this was a big mistake. You sit for maybe hour before you see Doctor then it's of course a brief talk.

I had sinus surgery with him in 2013. The surgery went well and I had a lot of confidence in him and his abilities. However, the follow up was the worst I have ever experienced with the physician. I showed up to follow up appointments twice and he was out of the office. His exasperated office staff literally told me they didn’t know where he was. Super unprofessional and rude. I quit going and found another doc.

I saw Dr Anderson who referred me to UAB. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WHAT WAS DONE AT UAB. I CALLED UAB, they referred me back to Nobel Anderson. Some one from his staff referred me back to UAB. Back and forth. No help. It's as if Dr Anderson has dismissed me and my concerns as has UAB. I HAVE BEEN SICK SINCE TUESDAY. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. GUESS WHAT. I HAVE INSURANCE. GOOD INSURANCE. THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS FAILING ME.

I would give Anderson 0 stars if I could. First has me take alkaline water which cost a lot of money. It clearly shows the side effects are headache and constipation! He also put me on Levocetirizine, which is an antihistamine and causes headaches, constipation and anxiety. This guy does not know what the heck is doing!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Anderson and have not found him to act in any way as the comments describe him below. He takes time to listen to me and my concerns. Staff is good.

I saw Dr. Anderson for the first time today. He was very kind, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain my situation in layman's terms. He sat down and answered every question that I had, and he did not make me feel rushed in any way. Great Doctor!!!

He is rude and doesn't care about his patients, his new staff is very unorganized running around everywhere like chicken and has a attitude. The blonde head long hair girl, will be the cause of him getting sue and his practice closing!!! She made us fell like we was in the wrong place bc she was talking about what her old doctor office did better then Dr Anderson , an how he use the scope thing on people when it's not necessary, we was in a small room the first one an heard every thing what was said... between her an the short hair lady! That was my very last time I will every go to that place! He was late for our appointment that morning also! Not only did we have to wait I him but we had to heard all the horrible thing they was sliding as well!
