Just a heads up to warn people about a Doctor in town. I had a biopsy on a spot in my throat that Dr Vaughan did. He then talked me into doing a deviated septum surgery while I was gonna be under anyway. That surgery got botched and was the worst experience of my life. I have never had a problem with sinus infections until after surgery....now I get them every month. Been through 5 rounds of antibiotics in the last 6 months and still having problems. His exact words were “you are wearing me out”. He told me to just do daily saline rinses for the rest of my life and I should be ok. REALLY? He has not even done any scans to see what’s going on. He just gives me antibiotics and sends me packing. This man should not be in practice. Awful bedside manner too. Make sure you check reviews before you do something like this.

Dr. Vaughn made my visit for a painful sinus issue enjoyable. His solutions healed me up quickly. I was grateful for a follow-up visit and a plan for treating the issue if it ever returned.

Dr. Vaughn has been my ENT for many years. He greatly improved my sinus problems when he diagnosed and repaired a deviated septum that had been undetected by previous doctors. He has also treated me very successfully for migrain headaches. Dr. Vaughn has a dry wit, but he always treats his patients with professionalism, compassion, and concern. His staff has worked to fit me in at times when I called in sick, and if I've ever had to wait a bit to be taken back, I think it's because they've had other "work-ins" making their schedule full. They've always been friendly and helpful.

Listens to your issues and knows his business. Vaughan is an individual and strongly trusts his intuition. His staff bends over backwards to help me with all issues, including insurance and work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vaughan's for many years for a variety of ENT issues. He has always been friendly, fun, full of energy, knowledgeable and caring. His staff is terrific and always willing to help. Have never had a problem with return phone calls. Dr. Vaughan has a dry sense of humor and makes my visits very comfortable--he is easy to talk to. I wouldn't see anyone else for any ENT issues and highly recommend him and his staff!

the rudest doctor that I have ever experienced went to get a hearing test done for our child who is having hearing issues & he had the nerve to tell me that our child didn't have hearing problems, it is ADD; seriously!! Just for the record this was the second hearing test we had done for the first one wasn't in network for our insurance, so I gladly took my papers from him & excused himself. I feel sorry for anyone that goes here for a hearing test!!!

Very arrogant.Acting as if it disgusted him to talk with me on the phone, after 3 attempts for call back the day of surgery. My BP is 168/112 due to pain and he told me to take an extra bp pill.Im sorry there is an opiate addiction problem in this world, but people shouldn't have to suffer on count of others. Not even sure that was his problem or he just didn't give a s***.I read reviews before I ever went there and it was negative about him.Should have listened, but all other ENTs where 2 wks out and they seen me the next day.Rake em in throw em out.

Dr. Vaughn has no bedside manners. He is arrogant and he does not listen to the patient. He did not phone me back after my daughter had a tonsillectomy. He would not listen to my repeated requests to see him after the surgery was complete. Amanda, a member of his staff, sucks at customer service. She is rude, and she also does not return calls. Dr. Knox is a much better physician. Too bad he has retired.

Rudest doctor ever. Bedside manner borders on vicious.
