DO NOT use this office. They made me feel like I was always bothering them when I had questions or concerns. I didn't even meet the doctor until I was 8 months pregnant as they always made me see the PA or the Midwife. Ferguson proceeded to take vacation the weekend my baby was due (without any warning to me ahead of time) and I had to have a c-section performed by doctors I had never met. I couldn't even get Ferguson to write a letter for me so I could receive the remaining amount of short term disability that I was owed for being out of work due to a c-section. Mind you she recommended I be out of work for 8 weeks and then would not write a letter listing WHY so I could get paid. If you want to enjoy your doctor's office for the 10 months you are pregnant then I highly advise you to go somewhere where the staff actually cares about the patients!!

Spent a total of about a week with the old "fax didn't make it" routine. Despite numerous calls, successful faxes (verified by primary out of state), "they" (Carolina Womens) finally "decided" they would not welcome us as a new patient and never stated why. We (and my Cigna PPO) were welcomed at the local hospital where they verified a fax and accepted us as a new patient well within 15 minutes. Have to admit we were looking forward to going there. Having been given the cold shoulder (probably because we were out of state), Carolina Womens gets this blistering review and a negative report to Cigna.

Jenny was an absolute pleasure! Very well spoken and tells you what is really going on with everything. Keeps you at ease and makes sure you understand whats going on. Her staff is wonderful! Always eager to help you and get whatever you need. I have never had any issues with their staff nor Jenny! What a great place! I would recommend her office to everyone I know!

Dr. Ferguson is by far one of the best OB/GYN docs around. She takes the time to know her patients personally, has a great bedside manner, and I've been a patient of hers for many years. She also delivered my 2 children. I'm so thankful for her surgery background, as I needed c-sections for both deliveries. I agree with the other person who rated her and stated that she wishes that Dr. Ferguson could be her primary care doctor! She is AWESOME!

For the past 3 years, I've suffered with chronic pelvic pain. She "suspected" I had endometriosis, but refused to do a diagnostic laparoscopy to confirm it..even when I asked for it. She said going under anesthesia would be too risky! (I'm a 29 yr old HEALTHY female- HELLO?!) Instead, she gave me Lupron (hormone injections) to treat endometriosis, a condition she wasn't even sure I had. When I told her I was still in pain, she told me the medicine needed more time to work. I had been on it for 9 months by that time and still had unbelievable pain. Finally...I gave up and went to Duke Medical. Their GYN surgeon diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis which is a very painful bladder disease. Because of her failure to diagnose me, my bladder was so inflamed that the Duke GYN had to scrape out the entire lining. I will be on medication for YEARS to rebuild it. Had she been competent enough to treat my condition, I wouldn't be so bad off.

Dr. Fergusen is a gem! She is caring and takes time to listen. She has been so helpful treating me through menopause. I wish all doctors were like her!

Dr ferguson is undoubtedly the best OB/GYN I've ever encountered. She is not only good at what she does in terms of knowledge, but she's human and meets you at your level. She works with you to find a plan that best suits your family's needs and is just top notch all the way. She puts you at ease quickly and never makes you feel rushed or like you're a burden. I wish she could take care of all my family's needs.

Dr Ferguson is hands down the best OB/Gyn. She is kind and courious. She listens to patient concerns and will do what ever is needed to see to those concerns. She delivered the last four of my 5 children and I have had wonderfull experiences with all of them. I now take my teenage daughter to her when needed and that says it all. :)

Dr. Ferguson is wonderful! She delivered both of our children. She is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. I would recommend her to anyone.
