Saw Dr. Sigmon years ago for recurring sinus problems. Now an senior citizen on Medicare but with a good secondary carrier that would pay for care. He doesn't take Medicare and won't work on secondary because you have to do all of that paperwork to be rejected by Medicare before you can bill the secondary carrier. If you are on Medicare find someone who is less money hungry and impatient is my advice.

Dr. Sigmon is the best ear, nose and throat doctor I've ever visited. He is great with kids and adults. If you have allergies, this is the doctor for you! You can park right in front of his office, easy in and out. I highly recommend Dr. Sigmon and Northwest Sinus and Allergy Clinic.

Went in complaining about blocked sinuses. He sent me for a CT scan and when I went back to review CT scan, he asked me why he was seeing me today. When I refreshed his memory he said "oh yes, your CT scan came back fine." Didn't get the feeling he had actually reviewed the CT and then upon asking him to go over it with me, he said the CT scan was at his other office. Felt like I wasted my time and money on a CT and the office visit. Would not recommend.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Sigmon! Caring, thorough, patient and kind. Excellent communicator, welcomes questions, he makes it very plain that he cares about his patients as people, not just a source of income. He will be our ENT for life!!!

I had a a septoplasty and I was not happy with the results. I wish i would have done more research on him . He was rude one time. It felt like I was a number on his waiting list for surgery not a patient. Also he didnt seem to care or listen much. I would not recommed him.

My husband started using Dr. Sigmon about 4 yrs ago. He fixed his deviated septum & removed a polp in 2011 w/great results. Changed all his asthma & allergy meds from 4 different ones to 2 better ones. He is the best when it comes to asthma & allergies. I had a polp & a cyst removed in 2012 & have never felt better. He changed my son's asthma & allergy meds to much better ones & diagnosed my twins' asthma & allergies in 2012. He put them on very low doses & they haven't had any problems since. He is really great w/kids. He is very thorough in examining & explaining. The staff is always quick to help, short wait times, & very organized. He has help my family so much, especially my husband. Highly recommend him!

This doctor is horrible. He is rude and if you try to get ahold of him for an issue it is a huge inconvenience to him. If you disagree with him at all, he is a jerk. He has his PA do most of his appointments so good luck getting in to see him. I will NEVER go back here and I will NEVER refer any friends or family to this man!
