This doctor and his staff are scary. In a brief visit like 5 minutes his behavior changed 6times not for the good. I do not know the criteria here but he is not mentally fit to practice medicine. Welcome to Las Vegas the place of loser doctors.

He has the worst office staff I have ever seen. This awful office staff is a reflection of him….He is rude and he cannot be bothered. I have no idea why he is still practicing. If you want to live go find another Dr.

Although Dr Nakhle is very knowledgeable and looks at your lab tests, I question his diagnostics. I have a thyroid nodule yet he doesn’t physically inspect my nodule. He relies solely on blood work.

Dr Nahkle dismissed my issues & did not seem interested in hearing what I was experiencing, then just said to come back in a year and left the room. I left with no resolve to my medical issues and no directions on how to get them solved. I will never return to this doctor, he acted like he had no time for me.

Don’t waste your time with Dr. Nahkle. I waited 2 weeks to see him and his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. He doesn’t listen to you and offers very little in the way of suggestions for wellness. His approach is very transactional. He rules out what couldn’t be wrong with you, although you’re the patient experiencing symptoms. I wish I took heed to the other reviews. Won’t be seeing him again.

I'm on straight Medicaid because I am disabled and you are not aloud to be charged fees if you are late and don't show up due to the insurance rules. I was late by 5 minutes to one appointment a year ago, now they have me on "same-day appointment only" as punishment. My hypothyroid is so bad at the moment, I'm so sick. I desperately need labs but every morning I call and I can NEVER be seen. Receptionist told me I'll probably "never be seen again." I give up trying to get in to see this doctor. He clearly does not care for his patients let alone want to see them. Switching immediately

Horrible experience with Dr. Nakhle. He was rude and belittled me, telling me he would make me happy and do a full thyroid panel but it wasn't necessary. Thyroid panel came back with concerns but he didn't want to see me for another 6 months. Finally went to another Endo who immediately addressed my medical concerns. If you want a Dr that cares go somewhere else.

I have been a patient for about 7 years. He always reviews my labs and chart and he explains what changes if any and their significance. I had thyroid cancer and had the entire thyroid removed. He keeps a very close eye on the cancer markers etc. and performs an ultrasound once a year. He answers my questions and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Nakhle.

Great experience both times seeing this doctor. First to assess my growing thyroid nodule and then to biopsy the nodule. Wait time was short, under 15 minutes to go into the back office. Nurse took my weight etc and then Dr. Nakhle's PA took all my history and addressed my nodule issue. Dr. Nakhle then did an ultrasound personally to look at the nodule and recommended a biopsy which was scheduled 2 weeks out. I had no problem making appointments and am very impressed with my overall experience here. Every person I dealt with was professional and courteous. Dr. Nakhle put me at ease right away about the biopsy and his expected results and the office called me 2 days later to confirm that the results of my biopsy were benign. I'm very happy with my experience here.
